This dream was about

I had a dream I was talking to my ex boyfriend and we were working on getting back together and he was going to move back in with me and our daughter. I found a bigger house for us to live in and it was really nice. I was with friends, but I don't know who they were. The house set up looked a lot like my dad’s house, but upstairs was different. In the master bedroom I saw a ghost of a man. There were still clothes left in the closet by the previous owners. It seemed it was a couple, man, women and they had a child who was a girl. I saw a ghost of a little girl. She was friendly. In the room there was a poster of an old lady showing that there was volcanic planting soil in the area. There was another ghost that looked like on of my coworkers. She looked angry and was trying to keep me out of the master bedroom. Then I was back downstairs and was telling my friends the bedroom was haunted and then there was a noise upstairs and then someone fellnl from upstairs onto the ground near us. It was a teenage boy. He was hurt from the fall, but not too hurt because he could get up and walk. One of my friends came to help him up. We asked him what happened, and he said some guys pushed him and that he said his school work was really stressing him out. When I went back upstairs the windows were covered in tape. The tape was placed on the window as a pictures. The tape were in shapes of mountains and I saw the word extraction. I don't remember when and where the dream ended. I remember my daughter and were talking and asking her what she thought about her daddy coming back home and moving in with us. She was happy. And then it changed to my sister, dad and dad’s girlfriend in the setting. My birthday is on Sunday and I asked my sister to carpool with me so I can drink alcohol and not have to drive home, but she said no. And that was the end. My daughter woke me up in real life

Lauren, Your dream seems to be a rich tapestry of your subconscious, weaving together themes of reconciliation, domestic change, and unresolved emotions. The conversation with your ex-boyfriend about reuniting and moving in together, coupled with finding a bigger house, suggests a desire for stability and expanding your family's living situation. The house's resemblance to your dad's place, yet with a different upstairs, may indicate your comfort with the familiar but also a need for something new and unique to your current life. The presence of ghosts, including the one resembling your coworker, represents past relationships and unresolved issues. The friendly little girl spirit could symbolize innocence and the pure aspects of your past, while the angry ghost may reflect conflicts or tensions in your work environment. The teenage boy who fell and spoke of school stress might be a projection of your own concerns, perhaps related to your daughter or your own experiences. Returning to the theme of domestic life, the volcanic planting soil poster in your dream connects to your previous dream about teaching your students to care for a big flower. Both dreams touch on growth and nurturing, whether it be a plant or relationships. The word "extraction" and the tape on the windows could signify a need to remove yourself from certain situations or to protect your family from external pressures. Your dream ends on notes of familial relationships and social plans, with your daughter's happiness about her father's return contrasting with your sister's refusal to carpool. This might highlight a search for support and understanding from your loved ones, which feels particularly important as you approach your birthday—a time often associated with reflection and personal milestones. Although this dream was marked by negative feelings and identified as a nightmare, the complexity of emotions and scenarios within it speaks to the multifaceted nature of your current life experiences. The mixture of positive aspirations, like improving your living situation, and the anxieties linked to ghosts and conflict, suggests an internal struggle to reconcile different aspects of your life and hopes for the future. Remember, the intensity of a dream doesn't necessarily require external intervention, but understanding its elements can provide valuable insight into your emotions and life situation. By considering these symbols and themes, you may find clarity in your waking life decisions and relationships.
