I dreamt I had two tiny birds as pets, the green female was only the size of the tip of my thumb, and the blue male the size of the tip of my pinkie finger! They were so round and cartoon-like, the cutest, most delicate creatures I had even seen. I adored them. They lived in a mushoom that was shaped like a cup. I had to move them at some point so I picked up the mushroom clumsily, with one hand instead of two, and the delicate sides of the cup crumpled a little bit. When I relocated it and looked inside, the birds were still, lifeless. I panicked, but the female moved a little and I realised they weren't dead, but that I'd accidentally suffocated them, but not enough to kill them. The dream changed before I could see if the male, the smallest one, was recovering too.

Last night I had the most amazing dream. 1 was at work, but not work as it is today in the new office as a contractor, but in the old office building like when I was a salaried employee, who was a part of the EY family, with my own personal space, (this was the version of my job where I was the happiest). I wasn't doing anything, just going about my work, when I was approached by one of the managing partners, apparently they had read something I'd written or heard something I'd said during a meeting they wanted me to explain it further in a companywide conference call. 1 had something to do with Dietrich Bonhoeffer bringing together my seminary training with my real world work experience. It turned out this partner was part of the Bonhoeffer Society which probably explains why they understood the significance of what I had said. And now they asked me to be a part of an online discussion and explain my thoughts with staff from other offices. I went to my tube and sat down I was surrounded by laptops open with screens showing people from different offices, but not only this a group had gathered around my cube to hear this meeting as well. did my best to get through my thoughts with the man interviewing me from the main screen. He was a black man with a salt and pepper afro and a roundish pleasant face. I remember adjusting the screen and switching monitors so people could see and hear me properly as I shared my thoughts. There were constant questions from people standing around the cube, so I couldn't honestly tell you if I ever finished what I was trying to say in the interview, but they were all such good question coming from people who were truly engaged with my ideas. I knew that nobody was disappointed, least of all me. After this meeting an older woman approached me and asked if we could speak somewhere more private I said yes, and took her into the tax processing/reprographics room that is at the center of the office, the door is very close to my old desk. Less people walk through there. The first question out of her mouth is "if you could do anything you wanted and time and money were not an issue, what would that be?" I moved our location a couple of times, so I we could hear each other better, because I knew something amazing was about to happen and I wanted to hear what she was saying fully and wanted her to be able to hear me, 1 knew this was important, 1 was about to get some amazing lifechanging offer. All of my thoughts and ideas which I've had but never realized came flooding to my mind. She explained that I had never been a leader before, until now, but all of that was about to change, and I would have people who cared about my ideas helping me to make them happen because they believe in them and they believe in me. This dream is a picture of my ideal life, where 1 am seen, heard, understood, and respected. Where people think 1 matter - it is the exact opposite of my waking reality. I woke up feeling euphoric, wondering if life could ever be that good, and how long 1 could enjoy this feeling before the afterglow of my dream is sapped by the realities of my everyday existence.

I had this dream where there were a bunch of us trying to stop ✨something✨ from getting out of containment. We had all sensed a powerful evil attempting to enter the world and went in to stop it. We had already tried something and it didnt work. So now my cousin Allayah was on charge of the project. While she was planning and getting things together she didn’t give me very many tasks and at first I was a little upset about it. Because I was pretty highly ranked and very good at the protection setup. I was able to work through it on my own with the support of some of my other peers and as it turns out I was actually going to be the final battle point. As I was roaming the area looking down below because I could fly I noticed something harassing out people. It was a henchman coming for our most powerful device. It was what o was to operate as the final battle defense. I had the sense this device, it was a small lumpy circular shaped with glowing blue lines throughout, was very powerful and could blow up and destroy everything. So I made a sneak move and was able to grab it when somebody dropped it without being noticed. While I was getting away I ran into Allayah who said “great everything is in place now.” That’s when i realized my role in this. I saw it as a clear vision. I was standing on the side of this smaller mountain looking out at the scene below and it zoomed out and as the scene zoomed out I saw the device detonate and send out massive blue waves that looked almost like a gel like substance. I flashed back to the current moment and went up the mountain after she told me to guard this with my life. I didn’t understand what the real intention was until I dropped the device when I got into position. When I dropped the device as I went to pick it up i realized where there device touched life grew. It started as little clovers that grew into Flowers. I realized what I had been given to safe guard. It was life itself. And here I was thinking it was a device for destruction when really it was the only thing that could return life to the land if we failed. And then I woke up at 3:21am

In waking-life I have only daughters. In my dream I was taking my youngest two daughters to a modelling agency, to see if I could get them signed. The girls were dressed impeccably, with their hair in golden curls and they were behaving demurely and politely. They modelling agency was in an old building, very elegant and refined with polished wood and antique furniture. The women working at the agency were also impeccably dressed and coiffured. There was soft classical music playing. The whole atmosphere was of quiet refinement. All of a sudden there was an electric guitar riff that shrieked through my dream, and my heart sank as I knew what was coming - I knew it was my sons (that I don't have in waking life.) From around the corner on the street outside, a double pram careened on two wheels, and raced towards me. Nobody was pushing it, it was propelled by the raw energy of the two toddler boys strapped into the side-by-side seats. They were laughing uproariously, spraying potato chips and drinks out of the pram as they sped towards the agency. They were sticky with peanut butter and other food, their hair was standing up, and they were pure wild energy. I thought "thank goodness theyre strapped in" and was relieved to see that the pram was too wide to fit through the modelling agency doors. I felt no shame of my sons, I was proud of them, but glad they wouldn't be able to destroy the serene environment, that it was safe from their wildness. I turned to the women running the agency, and with great dignity and a genuine smile, I gestured to these wild creatures outside the door and said " ...and these are my boys." They nodded mutely, aghast. I woke up laughing.
