This privacy notice ("Policy") relates to the website(s), mobile application(s), software downloaded and installed on a mobile device, related social media, and/or other services provided, including email messages, that we may send to you ("Site"), controlled or operated by Dreamapp Ltd, a UK limited company, number 12692529, with an office at 190 Carrara Tower 250 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2PU,and/or its owners, agents, employees, representatives, or affiliates and assigns ("Dreamapp"). This Policy sets out the basis on which we collect any personal information relating to you, or that you provide to us in relation to us providing dream interpretation services.

Dreamapp gathers and uses (i) personal information submitted to the Site and (ii) aggregated information collected from the services provided through the Site. This Policy applies to the Site, and any domains, services, applications and applicable products ("Services"). From time to time we may update this Policy, at our sole discretion. Your use of the Site after an updated Policy becomes effective will indicate your acceptance; therefore, we encourage you to periodically review this Policy and the Site in order to keep apprised of our current privacy statement.

As used herein "we", "our" or "us" means Dreamapp.

We may be the controller of your personal information. This means that we are responsible for deciding how we collect, store and use your personal information.

Who does this Policy apply to?

This privacy notice applies to all users of the Site.

When you use Site or Services, we may collect and use personal information about you or that directly or indirectly identifies you or another individual ("Personal Information"), which may also include your name, email address, phone number, address, browser and device information, and information collected through cookies and other similar technologies (such as IP address).

We may also collect and use non-personal information that does not and cannot be used to reveal your identity or that of another individual, such as information which has been anonymized, deidentified, or aggregated ("Other Information"). Other Information that we may include unique identifier from Apple and Google in order to link your use of the app for billing through iTunes and Google Play and for advertising purposes. We use Other Information to facilitate our operation of our Site and for other purposes as described below.

You hereby declare and agree that any and all information you provide to us and/or update and/or share with Dreamapp on the Site is correct, reliable and accurate, and that you registered and/or provided the information in your own name and on your own behalf, and not in the name and/or on the behalf of any third party and that you permit us to use the information in accordance with this Policy.

INFORMATION WE USE OR COLLECT

Personal Information you provide us directly

We collect certain personal information that you provide to us, including without limitation, names, relationship status, gender, dreams, phone numbers, email addresses, mailing addresses, usernames, contact preferences, social profile URL, billing information, date of birth, geolocation, and other similar information. We use such Personal Information to provide the Services and administer your inquiries. For example, when you register on the Site, if you express an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and Services, when you participate in activities on the Site, or otherwise when you contact us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Site, the choices you make and the Services you use.

Other Information automatically collected

In order to provide relevant marketing, offers, and Services to you, we may obtain information about you from other sources, such as public databases, joint marketing partners, social media platforms, including without limitation Facebook, as well as from other third parties. This information may include your name and profile picture.

We also collect certain information when you visit, use or navigate the Site. Marketing

We may use your Personal Information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, etc. ourselves or by using our third-party subcontractors for the purpose of providing you with promotional materials, concerning our services, which we believe may interest you. By unsubscribing to such content, we will remove your email address or telephone number from our marketing distribution lists.

How long do we keep your personal infomation?

We will only keep your Personal Information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

Where we act as a data controller of Personal Information, we retain the Personal Information we collect where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example to comply with applicable legal, tax or accounting requirements). When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your Personal Information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your Personal Information and isolate it from any further processing, in accordance with applicable laws, until deletion is possible. However, we will make good faith efforts to delete your personal information if you contact us by following the Opt-out mechanism in this Policy, provided that we are not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. We may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, are extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required by local law.

WHO DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH?

We contract with vendors, consultants, agents, and other service providers (collectively, "Service Providers") to perform certain tasks on our behalf, and we may share your Personal Information with some of them to provide the Services to you, or to otherwise communicate with you, such as to provide marketing assistance or offers on our behalf. When we share your Personal Information, we require the service provider to maintain the privacy, confidentiality, and security of your Personal Information.

Personal Information may be disclosed by you through the Site, on message boards, chat, profile pages and blogs and other services to which you are able to post information and materials. This information can appear in public ways, such as through search engines or other publicly available platforms and can be "crawled" or searched by third parties. Please do not post any information that you do not want to reveal to the public at large.

We may also provide your Personal Information to (i) our professional advisors who have the need to access such information for the purpose of advising us; (ii) to any law enforcement body which may have any reasonable requirement to access your personal information; (iii) to any potential third party in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

We do not share information that could identify you personally with our third-party advertising partners (as listed above) for the purposes of advertising, remarketing and behavioral advertising based on your use of the Site.

DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We and our Service Providers may collect and store your usage information in log files as well as through the use of cookies, web beacons, pixel tags, embedded scripts, and other tracking technologies now and hereafter developed ("Tracking Technologies"). We may use Tracking Technologies to, among other things, better serve you with more tailored information for our Services, and for those of third parties, facilitate your ongoing access to and use of the Website, and collect and store information about your use of the Site. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the Site tracking users' movements around the Site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these companies on an individual as well as aggregated basis. "Cookies" include commonly used pieces of information in the form of small files that are placed on an individual's device to enable the individual to more easily communicate and interact with the Site. When you visit our Site, we may send one or more cookies to your device. They enable us to store information about your device which helps us, among other things, to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site and enhance the level of services and functions provided. We also may use third parties to serve advertisements on other websites that may be of interest to you, based on information collected about your use of our Site and other websites. To do so, these companies may place or recognize a unique cookie or similar on your browser. We use cookies to remember users' settings (i.e., language preference), tracking for marketing purposes, and for authentication. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject cookies, you may still use our Site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our Site may be limited.

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. We will continue to process such data in accordance with this Policy. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Policy.

Do we transfer your PERSONAL INFORMATION INTERNATIONALLY?

Your Personal Information may be transferred outside of the United Kingdom ("UK") to the European Economic Area ("EEA") and outside of the UK and/or EEA to the United States ("US"). We will put in place adequate measures to ensure that your Personal Information is kept secure (and such adequate measures shall include: (i) transferring to a jurisdiction which the UK and/or European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection for the rights and freedoms of data subjects in connection with the processing of the Personal Information; (ii) transferring in accordance to the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (collectively "GDPR"); and (iii) transferring pursuant to Standard Contractual Clauses ("Model Clauses") in accordance with UK law, Switzerland law, and/or EEA decisions on transferring personal information.

However, if you are accessing our Site from outside the UK, your personal information may be stored and processed in any country where we have facilities or in which we engage service providers, and by using the Site or disclosing information to us you consent to the transfer of information to countries outside of your country of residence, which could have different data protection rules than those of your country or the country in which you were located when you initially provided the information. We ensure that the Service Providers recipient of your Personal Information offers an adequate level of protection and security, for instance by entering into the appropriate back-to-back agreements and, if required, standard contractual clauses or an alternative mechanism for the transfer of data as approved by GDPR or other applicable regulators or legislators.

This DPA sets out our commitment to privacy and security when processing personal information in connection with the provision of the Services for the transfer of personal information outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

How do we keep your personal data secure?

We have implemented appropriate security measures to prevent your Personal Information from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. In addition, we limit access to your Personal Information to those employees or Service Providers (see above) who have a business need-to-know. We have put procedures in place to deal with any suspected data security breach and will, to the extent applicable, notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected breach where the breach may cause a risk to you. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security, and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Information, transmission of Personal Information to and from our Site is at your own risk. You should only access the Site within a secure environment.
