This dream was about

As I wandered through the bustling New York City train station in my dream, I suddenly realized I was on the wrong side of the platform. I had mistakenly ended up on the uptown side when I was supposed to be heading downtown. Annoyed with myself, I began making my way to the other side of the station, taking a longer route than I would have liked. Despite being familiar with the station, I couldn't help but feel a little lost and disoriented. As I was going up the escalator, my attention was drawn to two teenage boys who seemed like they were up to no good. I kept a watchful eye on them as I made my way to the top of the escalator. Once there, I was faced with a choice - two elevators and an open door. As I pondered which way to go, I noticed a man lying on the ground, his voice carrying through the air as he sang a tune. Despite being homeless, he looked lean, slim, and muscular, wearing a navy blue tank top and had a bald head, he looked like he was in his late twenties early thirties. He wore black pants and i wasn't sure if he had shoes on. In addition, his face was partially covered by a blanket. Feeling a sense of unease, I quickly made my decision and headed towards the open door, hoping to avoid any potential trouble. I felt compelled to follow the two teenage boys, not out of curiosity but out of instinct, as I didn't feel safe around the homeless man. As we headed downstairs, I pretended to be with boys, in hopes that the homeless man didn’t think that I was alone. My hope was that they would lead me to a crowded and well-lit place, where I would feel safe. However, when I asked them what they were up to, they shushed me away and told me to be quiet. This only added to my uneasiness and I decided to not follow them any further. Instead, I headed back to the area near the elevators, where the same man was still staring at me intensely. I couldn't shake off the feeling of discomfort and decided to stay away from the boys and the potential trouble they may have gotten themselves into. As I made my way back towards the elevator, I still felt uneasy I was alone in a deserted train station. Suddenly I saw familiar face - an old friend of mine. Seeing her made me feel a little at ease and we began talking. As we were speaking we entered a room I don’t recall what we’re talking about, but I continued to remain cautious. The door was cracked opened and my friend began to sing, i noticed the homeless man standing outside the door pretending as if he wasn’t listening. He eventually came into the room and joined in on our conversation revealing that he too was into singing. However as the conversation went on, i couldn’t shake off the feeling of discomfort and danger this man was radiating. My friend must have felt it too because she disappeared. Leaving me alone with the man. He then became increasingly aggressive and started to push himself on to me. I was terrified but out of instinct I pretended i was interested. He disappeared and I immediately retreated towards the stairs looking to escape. But prior to making my decision to head for the stairs I wanted to take the elevator, but didn’t because I assumed I would see him. As I retreated to the stairs in an attempt to escape, I suddenly came face to face with the man once again. This time, he was wearing all black, complete with a sleek black trench coat. I recall him lifting me up through me over the shoulder, and in a state of panic, I grabbed something and began hitting him on the head. However, no matter how hard I struck him, it felt like my blows were not powerful enough and he did not seem to be affected by them. And then I woke up.
