Dream About Conference Theater Workshops Relationships

Dream is fading now, but I'll try to capture what I can. I was somewhere, like in a hotel, but also parts of it took place outside. I think it was a conference or a theater camp or something like that. We were doing different workshops. I had this boyfriend who was younger. I think in the dream I was probably in high school or college. We had never had sex yet, but we're planning to. And we're pretty excited about it. There were times when he wasn't around and I was spending time with girlfriends. And mostly we would talk about the guys. I wish I could remember more of it. There were times we were going to various workshops and making theater pieces. At one point I needed to go to the restroom and was going through this house that was really really messy and had clothes hanging everywhere trying to find a bathroom that would lock. I found several but the clothes were blocking the doors and I didn't feel like it was private enough. Finally I found one but when I tried to go inside my friend from high school Jill was in there with two children. One was a baby that was really really big and round and had very dark brown skin period. After she left the restroom I was able to use it and lock the door. At one point, my boyfriend went to buy condoms. But something happened, it's fuzzy now, and before we got to the night we were going to have sex, I was mad at him. And didn't want to be with him anymore. At another point, the dream shifted and it was like I was in a crazy city, something like Las Vegas. And I was going around trying to figure out where I was going to eat. The dream seemed very vivid at the time, but as I'm trying to tell it, I'm losing pieces of it and not remembering. At one point, my former boss was there, and he was explaining the differences between being a producing artistic director and an artistic director or a managing director. I really disagreed with him, but I didn't interrupt. At another point, a group of theater folks approached me and said we needed to pay one of the instructors for his time there. I asked how much, and they said $10,000. And I said, there's no way we don't have that much. Then they talked amongst themselves and asked for $2,500. I said I'd have to check the budget, I didn't know if anything was in there, but that maybe one of my colleagues had budgeted to pay the instructor. They all seemed very shocked and angry that we didn't have the money, and I was explaining that the budget is much tighter than it had been in the past, and that I didn't have a contingency fund or anywhere I could just pull the money from.
