Dream

I had a dream about where I was really skinny and my little brother made a comment about it, my mom is very religious. I decided to prank my little brother to pretend to be a monster. I was in a basement and it was really big and it was dim. I started shaking and growling like a monster to scare my little brother as a joke and he yelled for my mom to come down to the basement. She thought I was possessed and tried to do an "exercism" on me and I decided to play along but I started to get really stressed out and for some reason I couldn't get my mouth to close

Auntie Kathy and a friend were helping me to clean out our basement. Kathy had been a house inspector but recently handed the job over to her friend. I was looking at all of the work that needed to be done on the basement and despairing due to our inability to pay for it when her friend points out some boards that are falling off the wall. "Why don't you just nail these back into place" she asked, not realizing that the problem was much deeper. I explained. "Because water is getting behind these boards from somewhere and nailing it back into place would just cover it up. Eventually the boards are going to pop off again but the problem will be much worse." "Can you just fix it?" She asked. So I explained to her that I had neither the money nor the expertise to really solve the problem. Kathy had known this and overlooked a lot of the problems she knew we couldn't deal with but this new person didn't know us at all. Suddenly Kathy notes that our washer is leaking and getting soapy water all over the floor. It is a front loader (we have a top loader in real life). The water seems tonbe coming out of the door which has not sealed properly. I ask Kathy "weren't you lugging that thing around the other day? The door is probably just not seated properly." Her friend tests my theory and the leak stops but the whole interaction has lead me through a major panic because that could have been another thing that we just couldn't afford to deal with. Kathy points out to her friend a meme I'd created and she laughs and Kathy tells her that I'm actually very funny. The meme is from a collection that I made along a certain theme. I wonder if I could find them and maybe share them online. That would require some looking though and if I did post them I might initially be thrilled at the response I got from others, but recognition for my work would likely be losr eventually as people rarely keep track of that sort of thing online.

Dream

I had a dream where there was 2 of my dog?? And one was t responding to the name or anything and I couldn’t find my really dog after it started to tell me to hurry and run or something. Then I looked over and realized that the basement door was wide open. I called my dad and begged him to hurry home and he goes “why?” And I told him, he didn’t say anything else, and then when I saw the basement door open I woke up. Side note that outside of the dream there’s this ghost demon thing in real life that lives in my house which is 200 or more years old. If the basement door is open it gets out, and I had previously been afraid it would get my dog or me, you could hear crunching sounds of bones of some kind and that was in real life. So this was a nightmare about it.

This mom abandoned her kids and found them again as teens. But they didn't know she was their mom but when they found out they were so angry because she had abandoned them and not tried to find them. But they didn't know she had been locked in some guys basement and that was the reason she hadn't been able to visit them and she abandoned them to protect them from the guy.

I was in my childhood basement, it used to creep me out as a child when I would watch TV at night. There was bunch of random stuff stored there, old furniture, childhood paintings, water damage from storms of the past. Accurate to what the basement really looks like. I saw too shadowy figures come from out the corner and spook me, then I looked at them a bit closer and was like “are you an Anderson brother” they said “yeah sure jokingly” then I looked closer and was like wait a minute… you’re a Marrone. Followed them to the laundry room and turned the drawstring light on it was my friend Mike Marrone who I work with, and his northern Nic who I’ve met once, nic looked like he did 10 years ago not now. I said “oh hi you spooked me glad it’s just you” then we had conversations about manifesting intentions time three, and fear isn’t scary when familiar.

I was back at school and well prepared for my classes. I knew where to go and I left myself time to finish my homework. However I unexpectedly got distracted before my class and I didn't have time to do my homework. I got a little nervous walking into my class without my homework. After school I go to a big abandoned house when I notice the lights turn on and off by themselves. The dark basement made me very scared. When my friend got to the abandoned house he got very scared because he knew there were ghosts. When me and him and other friends we're going to take a group picture the ghosts got in the pictures too and they looked scary

The setting of the dream I can’t pinpoint. The basis of the dream was trying to find this man with an odd looking mask that wasn’t a very good person. I ended up finding him and I think I killed him. After, I took his alias and wore his mask. The people in the dream thought I was him. I tried to convince people that I wasn’t but they wouldn’t believe me. The dream put me in what seemed like a basement in a church. I was sitting In a room and down the hall a bunch of people were singing hymns. I went down the hall and started singing with them.

I use to have this dream a lot and it has never left my head. I’m older 22-25 I’m staying at my grandparents house (well where they use to live) I don’t know why I’m there. I’m outside on the porch and this little girl comes and grabs my hand…everything goes dark. I open my eyes I’m in a basement filled with plastic balls and stuffed animals Nobody says anything to me , I don’t see anyone but somehow I know I’m not allowed to leave and I’m trapped. I feel doomed but not scared. I can hear people looking for me but there’s no way out…and even though I could I don’t scream for help

I had a dream that there was a storm in the town I was at, I remember looking outside and seeing northern lights but they were extremely vibrant and showed pictures across the sky. I remember looking over in the distance and seeing a tornado form extremely fast, I grabbed both of my kids and ran downstairs to the basement under the stairs and held them while listening to the rain and wind.

I had a dream my friend invited me to an airbnb with their other friends I didn’t know that well. There was a loft where everyone would sleep and a downstairs basement area where we would all hang out. Even though the air bnb was cabin like, it was in the middle of a city. All of the friends went to sleep except me and a few other girls. We decided to pull an all nighter and turned on the TV and the news was playing. 3 people were standing in a starwell leading to the underground subway system when bombs went off and debri was hitting them and they were getting shot at. They were screaming help and eventually ran down into the subway system. We were terrified and realized it was a terrorist attack. One of my friends was super quiet and I asked if she was okay. She said no and the street where those people were being attacked was the street next to us. We tried to wake the others up to tell them what was going on but they kept saying “it’s fine” and “the government will handle it” and I kept thinking I can’t wait to leave the U.S. next week

i was with my family huddled up in the living room when we heard earsplittingly loud gunshots. we ran and rushed our family into the basement as it was the thickest room so no one could catch a bullet through the walls and tried to hide from and shooter but a shooter never showed up. We thought we even saw the shooter outside at some point but no one ever pulled up to the house and no one in the neighborhood got shot. The shooter just kept coming and making extreamly loud gunshots around the neighborhood. I do not play video games or do any violent things. I had this dream 2 days in a row

Dream

I was walking through my ancestral mansion that was passed down to me. I admiring the artifacts neatly hung on the walls and talking about how this mansion has always been owned by people of color. I then went to the basement and saw how clean and almost empty it was. I thought about how it would be a great idea to turn the basement into a museum dedicated to my ancestors. Especially since the basement lead to a glass back door that was guarded from trespassers on the inside.
