I dream that there’s some kind of apocalyptic event and Shayne and I lock ourselves in the basement of our house. It seems to have been designed for something like this. I am both familiar and unfamiliar with the space. Shayne is hurt and is mostly lying in the middle of the floor. I go look around the space but it’s hard to see since there’s no electricity. I gather up a bunch of eggs. Somehow chickens have been laying eggs down here. No sign of the chickens tho. I find them in all sorts of nooks and cranny’s and I stop when I see one too many cobwebs and spiders. I go back to Shayne. I don’t think we talked much. Eventually we pull out this really long piece of bread and there is meat tomato sauce piled on top of it. We eat. 

I start to hear noises upstairs, but not very loud and consistent so I try to brush it off. But then two men come down into the basement. At first I am scared then relieved, then scared again when I realize they are just trying to loot. I close one of the doors behind me and lock it. I cover up the peep hole with my finger. Shayne is passed out as they start to try and break down the door. Eventually they stop. I open the door and walk past them and out of the house. I get a few houses down and sneak into one with an open door. I am worried about Shayne but I have no plan. At the back of this new house there is a group of people taking turns bathing in a hot tub full of water. They all give me looks but no one speaks. I lay down for a minute and one of the bathed men comes to sit by me. He doesn’t speak. He has very long hair and an unruly beard. I don’t feel unsafe but I don’t want to be there anymore. Then I wake up.

I was flying through the clouds for a while, when I flew into very dark, black clouds, I fly down and I see a hurricane, it looked like a twisting tsunami of blood, the storm spanning a mile in width alone. I flew back to my house and landed in the backyard when I saw my sister Maya. I warned her to get my parents to safety. I flew back towards the hurricane to a house and went inside. I was trying to save people, I go into the basement where I saw two women and a small baby sitting next to a small light. We spoke about the impending doom and she asked me to take her child; the boy was only just bigger then one of my hands. And at the moment I had him, I lost the ability to fly. The dream shifted where I then was in a chemical plant, I was with another worker, in the back of the car with the boy still in my hand, we were riding back through a dense, blue fog; the aftermath of the storm. The last thing I did was try to comfort the baby who would not stop crying. When I tried to touch him he recoiled as if he resented me.

So, I just woke up from a multi-part dream. One of the parts, I was in what seemed like high school again, or some kind of school and maybe a college, and my friends and I were wandering around the campus, and we were getting into all the authentic spaces. We were going into the back rooms, we were going into the basement, and just generally exploring, and we found one area that was really disturbing. There were all these masks and jumpsuits, and they were all bloody and fucked up, and while we were there, we heard a noise coming from behind us, and there was probably three or four of us, there must have been four of us, and one of the guys, one of the younger guys, jumped, wait a minute, jumped into one of the doorways that had this big metal submarine door on it, and before any of us could do anything, the door shut, and he was locked in there, and then we heard a bunch of very disturbing noises, and we realized when there was blood coming out from the bottom of the door that he probably did not make it. So we got out of there, and we were making a plan  to go back for the body when the guy found us, the guy with all the masks and stuff had found us, and so we scattered out there.  Fast forward, it's years later, I'm now living in a converted garage in my dream.  The garage door is completely open, the large front one, and all that's there is a mosquito net that has magnets that make it come together.  my bed in my dream was very, very high up, almost to the ceiling of this garage.   I had to climb up a ladder to get to it. It was hidden and out of the way, because I was always scared that that person was going to come back and find me.  one night I had a bunch of people over, and I converted my giant tall bed into several seating areas by taking mattresses down and whatnot. as I'm sitting there staring out the large garage door out onto the driveway while it's raining, a car pulls up, and I just had the worst fear that it was that person.  it wasn't, it was one of my friend's friends, and so we're all sitting there talking. next thing I know, coming from inside the house out to the garage, was that person with masks. he came out, and that's when I woke up was when he was killing some of my friends. I couldn't leave or get away, but I woke up before I got killed or killed the intruder myself to stay safe and keep others safe as well. 

I hate dreams like this yet I have them frequently.

I was sitting at a house with my brother and my sister when we realized that this is actually a haunted house and if we go down to the basement we'll be able to be a part of the haunted house. I don't think it cost any money, I think it was free. The guy who was supposed to be hosting it was being really weird though and not answering my questions when I asked like, well what should we expect, how long is it, all of that stuff. As we were preparing to go down the stairs I realized I just couldn't do it. I was so terrified of what could be down there that I didn't want to move. When I looked down into the basement, I couldn't even get a sense of what it was supposed to be. It was just darkness down there. I decided that's just not somewhere I wanted to be, so I ended up staying up with my sister and my brother. However, the person who was hosting it, after being annoyed for a little while, he ended up disappearing. I have no idea where he went. And I realized we couldn't actually get out the house. There was no way out. We were trapped. I was freaking out a little bit because I was scared to be trapped in a house with what was going on in the basement. It was terrifying and scary. The lights ended up going out at one point, and I ran away to the bathroom to try to get to a place where I could find light. I was just so scared to be there, be anywhere. I couldn't find my sister or my brother. I was scared that they went down there because my brother does dumb stuff like that. Right before I was even thinking about going there, he kept trying to scare me. I told him he cannot come with me if he's going to do that because I'm too freaked out. But now I couldn't find either one of them at this point. I was upstairs in the bathroom, and I could hear people creakling and going around and doing stuff. I was scared of who I was going to run into, what this house was, etc. My sister finally came up, and I saw her, and I was so excited that she was there with me. We went downstairs, and I was excited to call my dad. However, it was like, I don't know, we were still trapped, and my dad couldn't come in. Every time he opened the door, it was like someone else was trying to be let in. These scary guys from across the street. Something ended up happening to them. They got scared away. My dad called me crazy, and he finally opened the door to let them in. I was just so thankful to not be in this house anymore. It was now daytime, opposed to the really dark at night time it was beforehand. Some of my other families joined me, and it was just really fun, light, and warm. One of my people said, Oh, y'all should've went to the haunted house. It was super fun. It wasn't really that scary, though, and super short. I was like, oh, wow. That's funny. Although, I literally don't think I could get past my mind that my imagination was stronger than what was actually there, and I just couldn't get my body to do it. I don't know.

I was in a garden type - place, with walkways to different areas. It had a white Pickett fence along the walkways, and sometimes there would be an opening into an area that had either had a white picnic bench or a white bench swing. Each area was filled with old friends I had, old friends from high school, and old coworkers I used to be around but not really talk to. I had to pick a bench to sit at to eat lunch, but I didn't want to pick one that had people I've seen but haven't talked to, nor ones I haven't talked to in a bit. Either way, it would be an awkward interaction. Eventually I found myself in an area with one of my old friends on a bench swing, and I sat myself beside her. In the dream I remember her name clearly, but if it were real life, I wouldn't have been able to remember. We swang crazily, having fun, until she was caught for bad behavior and I was just having a warning. After, we actually ate lunch, and I found my projects in school that I forgot about hidden under the table cloth. They were made with such finesse that I couldn't let them go to waste, so I picked them back up carefully and put them under my arm. I had to find my way out of the garden, but I couldn't find my way out, and got stuck going down what seemed to be a dark alley. Since I don't remember entering the garden, I didn't know if this was the actual way or not. Eventually I woke up to being trapped in a basement. I felt pain coursing through my body. I was chained up to a chair and was being monologued by a dark clown with a knife. There was extreme pain in my head and it seemed that I had been scalped. I told him that he could kill me and I wouldn't fight it as long as my projects weren't harmed and were sent back to my parents untouched. He laughed at this and went upstairs. I was then left for dead in the basement. I got free of my restraints and even though I told him I wouldn't leave, I tried looking for a way out anyway. Then I woke up.

I had a dream that me and my $family  was moving. We was outside my husband noticed that the delivery man was mixing our things up so he asked me to go tell the mover to separate our things my clothes, his clothes and our daughter clothes. So I went down there to do so. I was walking up the street. Then we appeared at our new house. My husband went down to the basement to check it out. He wanted a man cave. So I went to our room I was about to start unpacking all of our stuff.  I started with my stuff I looked up and saw I had a closet stand that looked like a metal Christmas tree. I was so excited because I had enough space to hang all my clothes and still have enough room for more clothes. Something I didn't have at the old house. 

Then I had another dream that we was living in my old house from when I was a kid. The basement was alil old fashion it looked like it hadn't been touch in awhile. The basement as big and it was two rooms and a bathroom. I was looking around and i saw a bunch of couches and clutter all around the basement but i was still n a good mood when I saw a lady who looked like she could be a maternal figure an aunty or something  but she wasn't familiar in real life to me but I knew who she was in my dream. She pulled down some old covers hanging on the wall that separated the two roons and revealed the two glass doors separating the other room. Inside the other room it was a kitchen and the other bathroom. She had remodeled and decorated the whole kitchen and cooked a big meal . In real life that room was pool table room and laundry room. But in my dream it was a kitchen. She had decorated it with Christmas decor and made us a meal.  I was so happy and shocked by the reveal. It inspired me to get active and do the first room in the basement with all the couches. So I went upstairs to me and my husband room and he was laying down about to go to sleep. He was telling me about a fly that ran in front of his chest and made him hit himself in the chest.  We both laughed about it. I told him I was going to be downstairs getting the basement togather. I went back downstairs and I looked around at all the clutter and all the couches and all I could think of is everything I wanted to get rid of and everything I wanted to decorate. I was excited about it. When I was getting ready to start my chore I woke up.
