Dream About Trying Skin Care Products Not Working

I was in some type of school, but it was a school that I can also live in, kind of like my current dorm, how it is, but just imagine with the school and the dorm combined, and I don't know, this dream is kind of confusing, but I was trying to, I was sad, really sad because I was trying to try out so many skin care products, but none of them was working. All of them made me have blisters, rashes on my face and arms. One of them was so bad that I saw my foot swelled up so much, I could visibly see it really big, and I had just came back from outside, probably from the store, and after I walked in with my items, I walked past the front desk and the security lady standing right next to it said, are you okay? And I said no, and I told her what happened, and I was telling her that I was trying to do something, like I was telling her the whole situation, and then she says, aw, that's sad, and I also told her last that today was my birthday, for some reason it was my birthday in the dream, and then she said, that's so sad, let's say happy birthday, and she yelled it out to the entire downstairs floor so everyone heard her, and they started singing happy birthday. After that, it just suddenly jumped to me trying to call my dad, and when I tried to call my dad, I could barely hear him, all I could hear is, it sounded like he was out in the busy street on the other line, because I could hear buses, cars, trains, and I can just hear him say something, it was muffled, and I kept saying, dad, I can't hear what you're saying, and then I just woke up.
