Suffocating

Dream

I had a dream last night that my psychiatrist was torturing me by suffocation. My mouth was covered and I had a stuffy nose and couldn't breathe enough through my nose but she kept saying "It's okay. Calm down and just breathe through your nose." But I couldn't tell her my nose was blocked because my mouth was already covered so I was slowly suffocating and having to do some kind of physical training therapy and getting shocked by a shock collar every time I did something wrong. I was trying to get away and scream but I couldn't and woke up from that feeling extremely upset before 4am.

Dream

I had a dream last night and it started as me and some guy sitting in the grass with a floating following bar on us and then it transitioned to my landing at the bottom of the stairs in my house, I looked up and I saw pennywise the clown and I told my mom and she told him to go away and he did.. for the moment, we somehow teleported to the top of the stairs and he was at the bottom, I told my mom again and she said to just ignore him but I couldn’t, I was tired of that malicious stare and the murderous intent, when he turned his back for a second I jumped clean to the bottom of the stairs but we were in like slow motion and I didn’t do anything to him, the dream transformed into me and some “friends” at school but no one I knew, for some reason I got angry and felt like hurting someone and I looked at the one dude and I started shaking and punching him but it was like I was underwater bc I would get the full swing or shake in, this also happened again when I was outside in a field, I got the idea that this kid was the clown and I started attacking him and I was trying to punch him but again it felt like I was underwater, I was suffocated and my movement was sloppy and slow then I woke up.

Dream

I dreamt about sitting down at a table with my girlfriend and she was kinda shoving her whole body into me because there was a very very friendly polar bear behind her and it was trying to hug her but when I noticed the polar bear it started smelling me and it came and started attacking me WITH LOVE it came and rolled over on my face like I felt like I was about to suffocate this polar bear was so cute it was acting like a dog .

Dream

This nightmare I had when I was about two years old. Its one of my earliest memories. In this nightmare, im in the car with my dad and he’s driving me somewhere. He parks the car, gets out and gets me out the car. I’m starting to feel nervous because my dad is grabbing my wrist instead of my hand. We start walking to a clothing department like building similar to macy’s. As we get closer, I look in the windows and there’s nothing but unclothed mannequins. I’m starting to panic and I’m calling out for him but he ignores me. I start trying to get away from his grip but I domt get any loose. He’s dragging me into the store at this point and when the store of the doors slide open, all of the mannequins move and face me. I felt that these mannequins were evil and my dad couldn’t see it. He drags me to the middle of the store and gives my hand to one of the mannequins. The mannequin holding my wrist was tougher than my dad’s and started to squeeze my arm and it hurt. I’m now crying as my dad is walking away ignoring my cries and my calling out to him. He steps out the door and the mannequins huddled around me as I was screaming and suffocated me. Everything went black and I woke up scared and crying for my mom.

I dreamt that I was racing with somebody down a hallway and we found this coat that was really nice and I went to try it on but somehow put it on upside down and was starting to suffocate and started to panic then I was able to pull it off my face to breathe and that woke me up

Dream

The dream started on a bus, with me trying to get to find a seat. The bus was dark and really uncomfortable, kind of like riding the Greyhound. I saw all these open seats, but people had stuff in them, so I just kept trying to move to the back. In the back it looked like there was plenty of seats. When I got to the middle of the bus, there was someone standing in the middle of the aisle. I tried to move past them, and they just looked at me saying, no. I said, okay, jeez. I looked at the man to my right, who had something in his seat. I said, would you mind if I sat here? He started cussing me out and saying a lot of really mean things. I said, wow, okay, sorry, didn't mean to do that. I then at the same time realized that my butt was all up in this couple's space that was right behind me. I turned around and apologized to them but they were staring at me deep into my soul with this terrible stare. I said, I thought this was supposed to be the South. But everyone here is so freaking mean. As people began to respond yelling at me, I quickly got off the bus and into the town. When I got off the bus, I was exposed to this really huge city. It felt like a futuristic city. Everything was on rail cars and pretty and technologically advanced. But something was off. There was a rail car coming straight for me and it looked like it was going to hit me. I quickly got out of the way. I said that was weird. But it felt like it was coming straight for me, like it wanted to destroy me. The next thing I saw was a car coming straight for me. It was an Uber, but it didn't have a driver. It drove straight to me, and I moved out the way. Then it stopped and opened its doors to me. It wanted me to get in. It looked nice on the inside, but I just knew something was wrong. I could not get into that car. I ran away in the opposite direction. I ran into this building. I really just wanted to get away from this really weird city. Where was I going to go? I couldn't even get back on the bus with all those people, all those mean people. How was I going to get out of this town? As I was walking in this mall, I thought maybe I could just stay here for a while. At least it's safe here. Then holes started to appear everywhere, all around. In all of these holes, there was something different. One had a mirror. One had another train. One had a different train. They were all portals into something that was trying to take me to something bad. I didn't know what was going on. I didn't understand it, but I just wanted to run. I wanted to run to safety, to get away from all these holes, all these things trying to take me away. A hole started to form right underneath my feet. I jumped and just started running forward and forward and slipped into this little hole. A hole that led downstairs to a basement. I started to creep down to this room that was right there. I looked inside and I saw these four or five people. Another person behind me slipped in. They asked, is it safe here? I said, I'm not sure. We opened the door together and walked into the room. Inside there was this man just laughing, having a good time and watching TV. I said, is it safe in here? He said, safe for now. He said they're all going to be really upset when they find out what happens to them. I said, what are you talking about? He then turned on the TV to this ad. It was an ad that showed this man getting his face cut off. His face then got sewed together and elongated like the trunk of an elephant. The extra skin from his face got shrunk and put on the very edge of the trunk-like skin. He basically had turned into his own face elephant. Someone tried to lighten the mood by saying that's going to be hard to drink out of. But I was horrified, terrified, and scared. I started to slowly back out of the room, thinking about everything, thinking about how I was stuck in this world, in this city, and there was no way out. These holes would eventually reach the basement, or I'd be stuck in the basement forever, trying to hide away from all the things that are coming after me. I started to walk upstairs, to go back to the top, just thinking about everything. I grew sad. When I got to the top of the stairs, I saw a woman, so I paused. She was going through it. The holes had appeared for her, her own holes. She was trying to run from them, until one popped up right in front of her, and she ran straight into it. It was a hole with a mirror, in an all-white bathroom. She said, no, no, no, I'm stronger than this. And the moment she said that, a rubber pink phone appeared, and she took the phone, whacked it against the mirror, and started whacking the whole bathroom, destroying it. She said, and that's it, I don't even know why I'm over here running away. I am that bitch. As she was saying these things, a belt started to grow around her, full of tools, fun, bright-colored tools that were yellow, and green, and red. She looked like she was a superhero. She started going around, destroying every hole, going outside, until she finally made it outside. She was amazing, and that's when it hit me. That's the way out, to have confidence in myself, to know who I am, and to not be afraid of who I am. The more confident I became, the better I felt about destroying these things. Tools started to form for me. I was able to destroy every single hole that came my way. After I had destroyed all the holes, I passed this bathroom, in it it looked like there was a dead baby in it. I walked into the room, and I saw this woman, so sad, her baby was on the floor. The baby was a royal blue color, like it was such and suffocated. I went over to her and the baby, and I picked up the baby. She started to say something, saying, there's nothing you can do, but I started to rock the baby, and tell the baby how beautiful it is, and the baby started to find its color again, a natural color. The mother said, how did you do that? I reminded her that she's a great mother, that she's doing her best, that she's trying her best. I handed her back the baby, and I could feel that her confidence was growing, even if I couldn't see it. I left the bathroom, and the dream ended.

Dream

I was in an office space and i interacted normally woth the other workers. I was then confront with two korwan ladies and one was showing me how to handle the companies social media account, she opened the instragram account and pulled up a picture of me when i was a little girl, the picture had the strap pulled down and as i was looki g at it the lady was mentioning how you can notice my nipple showing and it was a secualized picture of me. When i tried to explain to her that she can delete it i noticed i had layers of sweaters and jackets that we’re suffocating me while i tried to speak. My hoodie would be up and tied arround my face and if was hard for me to unzip my jacket. The lady paused and looked at me and gave a giggle noticing my struggle and told me to take my time, i then finally was able to get the layers off allowing me to take a deep breathe, and she deleted the picture. A warm sunlight shined upon me and i looked at my reclectipn through the computer and looked down, then i put my head up and noticed i was at a table and i started to put pictures of myself in an album, my big brother then pulled me away and we started to follow my parents. I eventually felt a strong pressure in my mouth and i had a tooth come out with another one and the third tooth was barely attached, i tried picking up the teeth the fell to inspect them but they kept slipping out of my fingers, and my mom came and asked me what they were and i couldnt speak, and she replied saying “wow, cool”

Dream

I had a dream about Izuku Midoriya just now. And I NEED to write it down. This feeling in my chest is so heavy and I don't think I'll be able to alleviate it until I've written SOMETHING about the dream. Izuku and I were really close. We met in highschool, fell in love... I did everything I could to help him. We went on car rides and sometimes he would pull me up in the air and propel me around with his quirk. He became a pro hero, and I became a teacher at U.A and an Underground hero by the name of "scramble." Things were good. He and I had started living together, and we brought Uraraka into the relationship as well. I would make them both lunch, breakfast, or dinner, and they were off. Then, I would get up and get ready to go to work, being a teacher wasn't fun, but it was gratifying. I loved my class, and they loved me. Pretty soon our little throuple decided to buy a house. We agreed that the attic would be my study/chill/work space. They didn't intrude on me there, but there was a lovely wooden and rope ladder. The rungs were made out of wood, and the sides were made of rope. That's important, because something happens to that ladder later. I can't pinpoint the exact day that something changed in Midoriya. He started drinking, and smoking... often. Raka and I tried getting him to stop... but he wouldn't. Saying things like "Being a hero sucks, can't you just let me have this one thing?" We didn't like the change, so we got together class A. Told them what was going on. They confronted him too, and he snapped at them. "Do YOU have one for all?" He asked. We all shook our heads. "THEN SHUT UP." We dropped it after that. But he was wasting away and we all could tell. Muttering under his breath that it would all he better if he were gone. Eventually, he came into my space. Wrote me a FULL letter. Detailing how he's been feeling, he told me that he loved me and wrote all of the memories we shared into the paper. Everything, down to the last hair out of place. It suffocated me because I knew something was happening. Then, at the end of the letter... he said "Now it's time for me to leave this world behind, and join the other One For All users within the quirk. Don't worry. I've already passed it on, I'm not stupid." He went on to detail the kids name, and where Ocha and I could find him. Then he said, "Thanks for everything my love. Don't tell anyone, and don't try to stop me. By the end of this letter, you would have been too late." I raced towards the ladder to see that it had been cut and the only one who could get me down safely would be Ochako. So I screamed, a guttural, broken scream and curled in on myself. When I woke up, that panic didn't go away. Hence why I made this.This suffocating feeling isn't going away, holy shit. Holy fucking shit. I need to go back to sleep damnit. Holy fucking shit. Izuku... goddamnit. Motherfucking shit.

Two days ago, I dreamt I was suffocating in the water and during the nightmare I was having, I felt like I was being unable to move and that was, that was scary. Um, yeah. But thankfully, I prayed to God and he, um, he did make sure that I wake up. Yeah.

I dreamt that I was on a trip in a country in an eastern country with my family and we were having a lot of fun for once. My mom was driving and we were talking nicely then there was like an opaque sheet that fell on the windshield and I don’t know why but it felt like it was coming from an evil spirit. My mom had to stop the car because we couldn’t see the road anymore and when we got out of the car everything was pitch black outside when it was daylight just before. I was feeling watched by the entity like it was a curse on us. Then some of my friends came by to check on us out of nowhere and they looked very concerned. My friend who is into psychedelics was here and was trying to understand where could that evil entity come from. Before I woke up I felt this dark sheet on my face trying to suffocate me

Dream

this was more of a third person view dream. People were in school and all to be trained to be medical professionals. 2 of the students fell from a glass stair and cut their head with excessive blood coming out. They were both unconscious. They then were sent to a hospital and later on investigation has begun. We were told one of the student was suicidal and tried to jump into the pool and suffocating herself to death. But when police went to the pool they were told it never has any water in it. One of the police/doctor saw that there were something that’s under the mud suddenly their facial expressions changed. When the chief of surgen came with an excavator it was obvious that the doctor that found something under the mud was trying to hide and lie to everyone by not telling the exact location. Later on a patient with dementia stood up and said “I saw a finger and a nail underneath the mud”. This shocked everyone. The patient’s son then apologized to everyone. Not sure if they had dug the finger out. I WOKE UP.
