This dream was about

a dream I was in the gymnasium of my middle school but it was turned into the ocean. I was just barely in the water when I started hearing Linkin Park's song 'Crawling' begin to play. I was confused until a seal launched out of the water at me and bit down on my stomach I began to scream and try to push the seal off of me but it wouldn't let me go. I ran as best as I could with the seal still on me and ran out of the gymnasium doors, hoping it would let go but it didn't. Instead I watched the seal morph into Chester, the lead singer and he began to angrily sing the song at me and began to drag me down the hallways of the school. I suddenly felt hopeless and just let him drag me around, doing whatever. Close to the song end, we're back at the entrance of the gymnasium and he turns the corner and I see a teacher trying to call me back into the gym. Chester disappears and I suddenly spin and am sitting up against the wall, screaming out the last lyrics of the song, crying hard.

Hey Brianna! Thank you for sharing your dream with me. It seems like a vivid and intense experience. The gymnasium of your middle school transforming into an ocean suggests that you might be feeling overwhelmed or out of your comfort zone in some aspect of your life. The presence of water symbolizes emotions, and the fact that you were just barely in the water could indicate a sense of being on the edge of emotional turmoil. The song "Crawling" by Linkin Park playing in the background adds another layer of emotion to the dream. Music often serves as a reflection of our inner state, and this particular song is known for its themes of inner struggles and feeling trapped. The seal launching out of the water and biting down on your stomach represents a situation or emotion that is causing you pain and distress. Your attempts to push it off and run away show your desire to escape from this difficult situation. As the seal transforms into Chester, the lead singer of Linkin Park, and angrily sings the song at you while dragging you through the school hallways, it may symbolize a deeper connection to feelings of hopelessness and being controlled by negative emotions. This could be linked to past experiences or challenges that have left a lasting impact on you. The appearance of a teacher trying to call you back into the gym could represent external influences or authority figures attempting to guide you back to a more familiar and comfortable place. However, it seems that you feel trapped and unable to break free from the overwhelming emotions represented by Chester. It's important to acknowledge that dreams are highly personal and subjective, so only you can truly uncover the specific meaning behind this dream. However, based on the imagery and emotions presented, it appears that there may be unresolved emotional struggles or past experiences that are weighing heavily on you. Taking time to reflect on these emotions and seeking support from trusted individuals or professionals might help you navigate through these challenging feelings. Remember, you are not alone in your journey, and there are resources available to assist you.
