I had a dream last night that my mother, who in waking life is deceased, was helping me shop for a dress . The dress was above the knee but modest I know it had the color green in it. I remember viewing the back of the dress and that it came down into a V onto my mid/upper back. I almost feel like the backside of the dress had some red on it.  It was high quality & very well made. I remember deciding I was gonna take it, and finding out that it was around $400. My mom was gonna buy it for me, but I realize that that was very expensive so I offered to pay about half of it and she agreed. I feel like I was buying it for some sort of event that was coming up in the future, but I don’t remember what type of event. then, as if we were in an airport, I heard over the loudspeaker that they called my name as if they were trying to keep me from missing my plane. I remember trying to rush and make sure that I did not miss my flight.

Last night I dreamt that I ran down a long flight upstairs in my friends, backyard, down to their dogs pen, which is fenced in. I think I was frustrated, and their dogs Penn is usually clean, but in this case their dogs, Penn had charcoal in it and no one had taken the dog out to poo. so I ended up stomping around and black charcoal and green poo and the green poo wasn’t normal dog poo it looked like the kind of poo that horses and cows have that graze in grass and hay because you could see green straws all in it. It was made completely of green straws!  Then, later in the same dream, I was upstairs different building different area and I was giving someone directions or something but I was watching cars drive down the street to make sure that the person whose directions I gave them will go the right way and I watched two green cars, one right in front of the other and at the corner on the left-hand side of the street the first car paused for a second, the second car right behind it. I guess got impatient and jump, jumped the curb to go around it. Suddenly the first car also made a left and got T-bones by the second car! The second car T-bones the first car really hard it kept hitting the gas to T-bone his car really hard. Now I don’t think it was on purpose. It was almost like the man in the second car was angry that the first car got in his way! But that was not the actual feeling in the dream because I would’ve felt it and I didn’t feel that it’s just normally my reaction would’ve been to take my foot off the gas and in the dream the second car did not take his foot off the gas. Maybe he was in shock. But it was weird. In each case and they are both the same dream but it was the color green! So why the color green and why two negative situationsone with poop, one with an accident.  does this mean that I’m going to have a horrible week or that I’m going to get some really bad news? What terrible thing is going to happen?

During a nap, I had a dream about entering a dance competition. I thought I was prepared. I had done all the work to be ready for this. I passed the first competition fine and then the second event was you were in tights and leotard. mine were green.  And a mat they pinned your feet to a mat by the tights. I thought we were to wait for instructions while everyone was pinned. I didn’t notice that everyone else began to move and do things. I was so focused on staying in position that I kept falling out of position. I wasn’t paying attention to anything going on around me. I must’ve fallen three or four times and had to be repinned. Finally, they began doing the judging. People have been taking pictures and those pictures of what they had done were being judged. The pictures that were taken of me were just standing in position and pose on the mat. I was really embarrassed. The judge came over and was very kind. She said perhaps you would be better at being a judge than a participant. Kind of like the person that has at home experience but not enough dance experience. I thought I just didn’t understand the assignment and that I wasvery much interested in continuing and would like another chance. At this point, I felt kind of small and frustrated. I woke up.

Dream Of Dance Competition Failure

My friend Cody is hosting his friend Chandler and I dreamed of Chandler as a Black man named Omar. We were in Cody’s car and Cody was driving. I was in the front passenger seat. It was just Cody and I at first but Cody reluctantly excused himself to get Omar. Omar got in the back seat wearing a black hoodie, dark shorts, and clearly high and smiling. I greeted him loudly and Omar said hello, but both Cody and I were uncomfortable and disappointed with his intoxication. Another version of Omar appeared in the car, wearing a white T-shirt and was sober and serious. There was also another version of Cody, so one drove the car while the other also wore a white T-shirt and looked back at Omar with stone-faced disappointment, and then looked back straight ahead so his back was to white shirt Omar and black hoodie Omar directly behind. So essentially the two of them were split into two people, so four people total, and their communication was unhappy. I saw Omar as a Black man with rich brown skin and short curly hair because I don’t actually know him and he might feel demonized or isolated in ways that might parallel that of people of color. A bear also appeared but I can’t say in what capacity, I guess outside the car; I read somewhere that bears appear in dreams when someone else is talking about us. (This all came from last night where Cody told me about his stressful visit with his friend Chandler, who is making dangerous choices with substances and is constantly escaping his emotions and choices.) 

Later I dreamed of singing and performing with my friend Jamie and her exposing her breasts to me and my other friend Keiko. Jamie is super extroverted, sweet, and talkative. Keiko is very quiet, introverted, and caring and supportive. We three were on stage in a room with yellow walls and a projector screen was playing some videos wherein yellow light and green grasses were playing, they danced over Jamie’s face. Our singing was fine, I remember doing runs and enjoying the song. Jamie was in the middle while Keiko and I were on either side sort of facing each other. When I discussed exposing my breasts too, it had something to do with being lesbian and Keiko and I high-fived or connected over that. I also thought of Cody at that time and was aware he was watching me. My breasts were covered by a bra and dark shirt and a flannel, but I ran my hands over the shape of them when I mentioned showing my breasts too. Keiko, Jamie, and I laughed when Jamie showed her breasts on little platforms so they looked flat on the bottom but soft and round on top. It started with me watching old Garfield cartoons with my mom, and then my great grandma came over and my mom left to go to some event and we watched Garfield and she remembered it because it was the old Garfield not the new Garfield, and then we made food and ate dinner, then I went to some assembly type thing where there was a long talk about some organization needing donations and there was going to be a talent show and there was supposed to be some teams competing to win it and the proceeds from the show would go to this organization and the teams were already there but I decided to join in late, there were three teams each with colored hats so there was blue, green, and red, I was hoping I could be green team cause I had friends on that team but I got assigned red team cause I joined late but the leader of red team was giving some speech about not messing around and taking this serious but we were outside and I got bored so I decided to make a snow angel and then he came up to me and tried to make an example out of me cause I was messing around and being very not serious about it, but I talked back to him and he got pissed off that I wasn't taking him seriously as leader either so he punched me in the face and said something along the lines of "have fun performing with a black eye" as if it would make me want to back out but I told him I didn't get black eyes cause my skin is really tough (he also didn't hit me that hard) so he tried again and we ended up fighting out in the snow and eventually I took my red hat off and he hit me in the face with a big snow ball (more of an ice chunk really) and I said "I'm switching teams, because this should be about having fun for charity, not winning." So I tossed the hat at him and walked away passed blue team who cheered me on to green team who welcomed me with open arms and then they asked if I had anything I could learn quickly since I joined late and the show was the next day and I told them if I could get someone to sing with me who could learn fast I knew a song I could do cause I had it memorized already, so one of the girls got the sheet music for it and I told her which lines to learn, then I was on stage next to her with a black eye from where I got hit and we performed the song together and as we walked off stage I told her she did a really good job and she said thanks but then I could feel myself waking up so I told her I had to go and she asked "but what about the show? Don't you want to know who the winner is?" And I said "it was never about winning, it was about having fun." And I hugged her, then I woke up.

first off it starts with me in my room and i have a baby hippo and my dog lukas (he eventually changed to another dog named luke) so i have these two pets and i treat them super nice but then they eat something weird? ig, the hippo eats some aloe vera lotion and luke i have no idea anyway two days later the hippo grows human legs and can talk, by then she has a name but i cant recall it so we'll call her savila.  these pets than become actual people, so i start taking them with me because theyre small children, they are a bit uncanny valley because they were made into humans, and you can tell something's off about them if u stare them intensely. anywyas savola grows to be a teenager, approximately 13 years of age and luke is simply an 8 heqr old boy. we end up going to my prima's house unknowing that she was throwing a party for her godparents anniversary. so we end up staying there, basically crashing the party bc we weren't invited. this is also where i see TWICE Nayeon walk in bc she was going to perform a song (this signifies wealth and connections on my prima's part of the family) anyways i decide to take a selfie with my two cousins and my now two children because i was gonna post it on instagram with the caption "wtf is nayeon doing in gp" and i was gonna lwt my friends and family know that i've become a mom of two now lol. very crazy😭 but anyway, this is when i see savila talking to another girl her age, and the girl is talking about school. i ask savila if ahe wnats to go to school and she says yes, so i told her ill arrange it and whatever. we haven't taken the selfie bc my prima didn't want to and it was this wholw thing, so when im abt to take it i see savila's elbkws are bloody, and her new friend takes her to the restroom to help her out. i follow them and ask savila if everything's alright and she gets a littlw defensive but eventually we walk abck together and she seems alright, she seemed to have a glint in her eye when she saw the bloddy sink though. also we find out some larts of her body are robotic and made of metal. creepy. anyways party goes on and i stick to myself and also somehow deadpool and peter parker are there?? and im apparently friends with them 😭😭 best part of the dream lowkey. so then after a while i realize i hadn't seen my chikdren in a hot minute and i find them at the back if the building, a little hallway leading outside by the restrooms, and i don't look at them but i feel a nevative energy coming from them. its dark and rainy outside, and the sky looks to hav a green hue. theres also the smell of blood and copper once u get close enough. i seem to be okay with the fact that they just might be killing somone because i leave them some food and simply walk away. i don't remember much from here but people start living and the place looks empty and somehow the venue shifts back into my room and my children are nowhere. this is when i start having a bad feeling and tell everyone there (including my mom) that i've been hiding this part if my life and something bad might happen. perfect timing because thats when they appear again and walk in looking for trouble. they look completely different doe, half their faces are bloody and robotic while thw other half theres skin, theyre both wearing these funny looking silver helmets, and again parts of their body are exposed to their real selves. this is when im like 'fuck it is gotta fight them' bc they tried hurting my mother, so im trying to fight then hut they're pinning me down and deadpool ks still there 😭😭 so im like ayo a little help, but he seems to be in a trance. he barely makes out the words 'the helmets' he said before i somehow take their funny helmets off their face 😭😭 and they BURNNN and give me an electric shock. and thats where it ends. the end and i also forgot to mention that by the end the kids had aged 4 years.

I dreamed about a German Shepherd wearing a green collar.

In the dream, I heard the sliding door in the living room of my sister’s house—where I currently live—and thought someone had come inside. I have two daughters, so I immediately felt worried, wondering who had entered. My 28-year-old nephew, Angel, also lives here, so I called out his name. But when I yelled, I couldn’t hear my own voice, which made me anxious. I kept thinking, Why can’t I hear myself? Why can’t he hear me? My voice felt weak and unheard.

Suddenly, a German Shepherd appeared. He looked at me, and in that moment, his gaze seemed to reassure me: No one came inside. It’s just me. I’m lost. As soon as I saw him, I was finally able to hear my own voice calling for Angel. But when I turned around, the dog was gone. Instead, I saw the shadow of a cat. I was in a video game. I was sneaking around a castle with a group of allies whom I was responsible for healing. One main alley was called a “golem” and he was much bigger and stronger than me, he looked to be a semi-skeleton man with brown hair. I was wearing a little golden shirt and black hat, one of those medieval style hats with a feather. My enemies consisted of legions of blonde white girls who were extremely mean. These girls also had teams of vampires and skeletons working for them. On an upper floor of the castle in a huge library, there was a huge battle I had to win. There were groups of enemies, skeletons, vampires, and other monsters, and at first my team took down groups one by one. Eventually though my team was dispersing a bit too much and triggering new groups to attack before we were ready, so we ended up getting ambushed. I did my best to heal everyone and keep going but I realized we’d fail, so I let it happen and started the major battle over. This time I was much more strategic, and I saw my team slowly and in more detail. We kept tight against walls, and we made it to the back of the library, where I went out onto a deck and had an argument with one of those white girl enemies. I remember gazing at blue and gold clouds in the evening sky, and trying to sing for these girls. I had to sing super high notes and I did well on one round, then worse on the second, and an invisible female narrator sympathized with me, saying she knew I couldn’t sing well because these conservative white women were so cruel. Another part of the dream was looking at a Wanted poster or some sort of public notice about a criminal with my allies beside me. It was sunny and green outside and I was sitting against a stony wall. One of the enemy girls approached me, she had super long curled blonde hair. She expected me to respond to the public notice a certain way, and I pretended to so she would leave me alone. She wanted me to condemn the person on the poster, so I acted like I did when actually I admired the person. The girl left and when she looked back later I pretended to look disgusted, and as soon as she looked away, my face went neutral. 

Overall the dream was funny and self-aware, like I knew I was dreaming a video game on some level. I think the white girls represented religion (my family had a long conversation about religion last night, and how our born again extended families at times disrespected or alienated us because we’re not Christian). The whole thing was a video game because I’ve been annoyed and disrespected by the religious family I do have, but I don’t ultimately take it that seriously.
