pages.dreamInterpretation.thisDreamWasAbout

The dream starts off at my dad's house again, but I don't go inside. I am outside in what appears to be a U-Haul truck or maybe an SUV. I'm on a tablet. I'm playing a game or watching a show. I can't remember. I look through the rear view mirror and stuff, and there's a bunch of lights on outside. So that makes me a little worried, so I lock the doors in the car or SUV. I can't remember what it was. And I continue to do something on my tablet when I look over and I see that my daughter is trying to get into another car that's in the driveway of my dad's house. So I get out and I ask her what she's doing, and then my husband appears out of nowhere. And we start walking down this road. I'm not familiar with the road. My daughter's with us, you know, bouncing around in front of us. We go down this pebble path, and my daughter runs into one of her schoolmates, and they start saying things at the exact same time. Like a little, almost like a nursery rhyme type thing. I can't remember what it was, but they were saying it exactly the same time. So I left. We left our daughter there playing with a little girl. Then it phases into another place that's not familiar to me. It's very bizarre. There's a bunch of doors. There's a bunch of windows. I'm trying to maneuver through this, but we end up in another house. And there's a lady there that feels like it's her mission to burn the house down, but with her inside of it. And it's like I'm a part of a team of psychic people. It's bizarre. But I see that she, when she touches the doors, she sees the flames, and she's like, oh, I understand now. I'm supposed to die here in this house. So she has this eerie grin on her face. She goes in, and she sets the house on fire with her inside. Then it goes into where I'm trying to, I guess my body's trying to wake up and still be in this dream. So there's just a bunch of different faces of people I don't know, and voices, and I can't make out what the voices say. And then I wake up.

Hello Jenni, Your dream seems to be reflecting a sense of protection and concern, especially around family and personal spaces. The locked doors in the vehicle suggest a desire for security and control over your environment, perhaps due to some anxieties you might be experiencing in your waking life. The transition from watching your daughter to encountering an unfamiliar road with your husband may symbolize the journey of family life and the unpredictability it brings. The presence of your daughter and her engagement with a peer in a coordinated manner might indicate a recognition of her growing independence and social connections. The latter part of your dream, with its unsettling imagery of a house set ablaze by a woman with an eerie grin, could symbolize a fear of loss or change. It's as though there's an internal struggle between understanding and resisting transformation. This notion of a 'team of psychic people' suggests that you might be feeling a part of something larger, a collective experience or a shared mission, but it also brings confusion and a sense of foreboding. The dream's shift into a semi-lucid state with indistinct faces and voices might be your mind's attempt to process complex emotions or situations that are hard to articulate. Reflecting on your previous dreams, there's a consistent theme of navigating through challenging and often frightening scenarios. Similar feelings of fear, entrapment, and a brave confrontation with the unknown are present. This could imply an ongoing personal or emotional struggle in your life. Your recent mood scores indicating feelings of being trapped and upset may be contributing to the recurring motifs of distress and the need for security and understanding in your dreams. Take care, Jenni, and remember these dream journeys are a reflection of your inner strength and resilience, even when faced with life's unexpected twists and turns.
