Dream About Getting Lost In A Huge Building

This dream was about

I was in a huge building that was shaped like a stadium but functioned more like a school with dorm rooms randomly placed. It had inconveniently placed escalators in the building to the top floor and down. I was walking through a room that had paper posters and such hanging from the ceiling and one of them cut me on my cheek, from my eye to my mouth. And the whole dream I was wiping the blood from my face and walking around the building trying to find a med kit. But the building had so many dead ends, tight squeezes, and people that it was hard to see where a med kit would be. Everyone was looking at me like I needed help but wouldn't offer any. One teacher stopped his session to call me out and be rude to me as I passed by, and I got upset and started yelling back before walking away. One other student seemed to need a med kit as well but for a more minor injury. I tried to follow her but got lost in the end. I never found the help I needed but eventually got so lost in the building, that the hallways got dark and seemed abandoned, like no one has seen this part of the building in months, maybe years.
