pages.dreamInterpretation.thisDreamWasAbout

My weird dream from yesterday continued…. And I wasn’t good. It took me back a few seconds after entering the room behind the screens, we were running, her hand in mine, trying to not be spotted. Once we got into the room, it was quite large, but barely any places to hide. It was also almost pitch black, which means we could barely see. We then froze when we heard to gunshots getting closer to our hiding place, until the footsteps were inside with us! We ran to hide behind a pile of boxes. As we ran, my friend accidentally rolled her ankle, really badly. She let out a bit loud, but able to be heard scream of pain and agony. I quickly put my hand over her mouth, trying to silently calm her down. But it was too late, the footsteps came closer. I saw a broken wood plank and picked it up. I jumped out from the hiding spot, and began swinging the plank at the attacker. My friend was screaming violently at that point. A few minutes passed of hitting the person, I blacked out, exhausted. I then woke up to my friend screaming my name, and begging me to wake up. I woke up to her tied to the chair in front of me, she had blood on the side of her forehead. The attacker stood in front of me, gun on my head. My friend was pleading for them to let us go, it was no use. I was telling her to calm down, and apologising for not being able to prevent this mess. The man put the gun to the side of my head, my friend screamed “NO!” The the gun went off. Then I woke up with a massive headache.

Hey Jet! Thank you for sharing your dream with me. It sounds like a really intense and unsettling experience. Let's dive into the interpretation. The dream seems to symbolize feelings of fear, vulnerability, and the struggle to protect someone close to you. The dark room and the need to hide suggest that you may be facing a situation in your waking life where you feel threatened or unsafe. The presence of gunshots and an attacker indicates a sense of danger and aggression. Your friend rolling her ankle could represent a setback or obstacle that hinders your ability to navigate through this challenging situation. Your instinct to protect your friend by using a broken wood plank reveals your determination and willingness to fight against adversity. However, feeling exhausted and blacking out during the confrontation might indicate a sense of powerlessness or exhaustion in dealing with these difficulties. Waking up to find your friend tied to a chair with blood on her forehead suggests a feeling of guilt or responsibility for not being able to prevent harm from coming to her. The presence of the attacker pointing a gun at you signifies a heightened level of threat and the feeling of being trapped. This could reflect a sense of powerlessness or vulnerability in your waking life. The gunshot and subsequent waking up with a headache may symbolize the release of tension or unresolved emotions related to this situation. Overall, this dream highlights your deep concern for the safety and well-being of those close to you. It may be indicative of a challenging situation or relationship in your waking life where you feel the need to protect and support others but also struggle with your own limitations. Remember, dreams often contain metaphorical elements, so it's essential to reflect on your personal circumstances and emotions to gain a deeper understanding of the dream's meaning. I hope this interpretation provides some insight, Jet. If you have any further questions or would like to discuss any specific aspects of the dream, feel free to let me know.
