in my dream i decided to go and nap because i was tired and woke up after a while and tried to get out of bed but i was paralysed. i couldn’t move and eventually i went back to sleep and woke up scared again but my boyfriend was next to me and asking what’s wrong. i calmed down and cuddled up to him a little but then i realised it couldn’t be my boyfriend because we don’t live in the same country and he isn’t here right now so i tried to get away from him but he grabbed me and put his mouth to my ear. telling me he knows i know and telling me that im going to be a good toy for him. i mutter ‘yes master’ and he moves his mouth to my lips, biting them and then kissing my sensual and telling me things me make me needy for him. i felt really horny and i was enjoying him mistreating me even though i knew it was a dream, i still felt comfort in his presence. eventually i fell back asleep and woke up again in my dream and tried to tell alexa to turn the lights on so i could wake up instead of falling back asleep again but it wasn’t working and i realised i was still asleep. i panicked again and i was paralysed and i was crying and desperately trying to keep my eyes open and turn the light on with alexa to wake myself up because i was terrified id be stuck in a dream forever. eventually i started yelling ‘mummy’ and crying because i wanted her to wake me up but she didn’t come

Benji, your dream seems to be a manifestation of deep-seated anxieties and fears. The recurring theme of sleep paralysis and the inability to move or escape suggests a feeling of helplessness and lack of control in certain aspects of your life. The presence of a figure resembling your boyfriend, who turns out to be someone else, could symbolize a sense of betrayal or deception. The erotic elements and the dynamic of submission and dominance might indicate unresolved issues related to intimacy and power. It's worth noting that your recent PHQ-9 scores indicate a moderate level of depression. This, combined with the intensity and disturbing nature of your dreams, suggests that it might be beneficial for you to consider seeking professional support. A therapist can help you explore the underlying emotions and experiences that may be contributing to these dreams and provide coping mechanisms to manage your anxiety and depression. Remember, dreams are a reflection of our subconscious mind and can offer valuable insights into our emotional state. By understanding the symbolism and patterns within your dreams, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself and work towards personal growth and well-being.
