Dream About Pregnancy And Relationship Confusion 2

I'm at an old school that got turned into a camp with my sister, nephew, boyfriend, cousins, mom, and a bunch of people that I don't know who are apparently my friends and my boyfriends friends. I stay by my boyfriend the majority of the time until I suddenly realize I'm pregnant, then one of his friends starts hanging out around me and my boyfriend the entire time claiming that he's the father. Another one of his friends argues that he's actually the father, but as soon as I give birth he stopped claiming that he was the dad and my boyfriend disappeared, so I let the first guy who claimed to be the babies father just keep saying he was. The baby was so small that I couldn't brest feed, so my mom and sister kept taking it from me so that they could try to feed it and let me take care of my nephew instead. The guy who claimed to be the father of my baby took ne outside and said he wanted to marry me since we have a kid now, but my nephew got stuck in a random truck so the guy left to get help, then my boyfriend showed back up to help me and tell me that I should marry that guy and we could just keep our relationship a secret. I asked him why he didn't wanna admit that he is the father of the baby and he just said it's for the best and disappeared again. After getting my nephew out of the truck I took him back inside the building and got my baby back to try and brest feed again, but my baby was suddenly even smaller.
