it's an election year and candidates are performing and voters are spreading propaganda for their respective parties. trump one of them and is set to speak at a big venue nearby. for some reason we're being targeted by hitmen, i guess because me and my friend plan on speaking out against him or or otherwise exposing trump. after narrowly escaping multiple times through disguises and fights we make it into the city incognito and hatch a plan to get inside to potentially lure the hired mercenaries to try and attack in public. it works as we thought and the hitmen are arrested while trump and crew are ushered out quickly to boost and yelling even from his own people. dream shifts to my dads house where i'm upstairs cooking as directed by my grandmother for family dinner. i'm struggling to find good music to give fun summer vibes that are appropriate for my little siblings that might hear. i get to a point where i can set a timer and step away from the stove to add songs to the cue and my stepmother, as usual, offers passive aggressive commentary so i ignore her and talk to my slightly younger brother marcus. he changed his number and is trying to help me switch it because im having issues lol. the timer goes off randomly so i rush to make sure nothing is burned by my grandma has already moved the pots off the heat and all that's really left for me to do is mix the cooked ingredients and serve. it smells delicious and i finally get the music i want to play on the tv but at this point my youngest brother wants me to help him get a show on his laptop but the software is acting up. i direct him to dad so i can sit down and eat. i hear him tell lucas (my youngest brother) to basically make it unfixable so he can convince his wife/my stepmom/lucas' mom that they have to buy a new one instead of slapping another bandaid on it.

In this dream, I dreamt that me and Eric were walking around and we were drunk, I think like hood people, and then, I don't know, something, we were drunk, and then Eric had hardly anything and he was really drunk, and these two people wanted to jump him. I forget who was with me. They took me in an alley or whatever, and they said, we have to leave him. I didn't want to, and I heard them say they were going to inject Eric with meth, and I was like, he can't do that. I told them because I was like, it'll ruin him, and the guy that I was with was like, here he is, what did he have, and I told them what he had, but then he was like, yeah, he had some real nice clothes, and then the two people that were going to shoot him up with drugs came around the corner, and then he woke up.

I dreamed that I was at my childhood home… I was surrounded by children, most of them not even mine. But that we were all outside and everyone was playing. Then one child, a baby just learning how to sit up, fell over and onto its face. The baby began to cry, so I picked it up to walk it around the yard and soothe them. I then went back to where I had been because I forgot my white cane. I laughed and said, “It took me long enough, but I remembered.” I accepted my white cane as it was handed back to me and I laughed and took it with me as I took the baby inside to clean up their little face.

Dream

I’m in a house that I don’t recognize with mom and sister. Then my dad comes over whom I’ve not seen in a few years. We don’t talk to him anymore because he had an affair on my mom. But he was there for some reason. Then he said “ oh today is the solar eclipse” so we waited around for it and then I looked outside and I see the moon is already starting to pass and align with the sun. My mom, dad and sister are both looking too. My mom says the moon may not pass over and get stuck, we’ll be in total darkness for a while. We continue watching and it almost looked like it was getting stuck but then the moon moves and the sun now looks like the lens of a camera. And then me and my dad are looking closer and we can see that it is a camera because on the sun it’s video of us! It’s showing, is house and everything we are doing is being monitored and recorded. My mom is then freaked out. It’s almost like we are being spied on by something but we don’t know what.

Dream

I walked out of a house onto a wooden porch, looking down over a wide arid desert valley. The wind was blowing hard and the sky started to darken, and in the gathering clouds lightning flashes. Mixed with the sounds of the thunder I suddenly hear a loud, high-pitched laugh booming from the clouds. The laughter almost sounded like it was right by my ear, and I could only describe it as evil. I woke up breathing hard and terrified.

Mom, Kristen and I went into this building, into a dark closet inside of a library of valuable books. We weren’t supposed to be there. In the dark, she started telling us a story about how Dad had almost been murdered when he was 17 and the PTSD he suffered as a result. John Waters came in to get some books, and while supportive, told us we had to leave. We went searching within the building but most places were occupied with workers. Eventually Dad showed up, we were on some crowded bleachers watching a demonstration. Someone gave Dad a clock in computer and he destroyed it. Emmett wanted to show me how to get a new one, but somehow we ended up destroying the bleachers and the park altogether. Mom and Dad left us, so we were trying to navigate our way out of the building from the basement. Each room was its own horror, but you could take whatever you could carry. Lots of little goofy things, decorative globes, nail polish, shoes, etc. Some rooms were just stairs, some were dark kitchens and other nerve-wracking areas. Lots of quickly slamming doors. We got through the worst of it, and there was a gift shop/convenience store at the top. Everything was free to grab. One guy was stuffing bottles of coffee syrup into his clothing. Everybody was singing Margaritaville. I read the final line of a book I had with me. It said, “They stole together and they sang. They stood outside and watched the sun. They did this for the next 16 hours, until the New West rose over the horizon, and their bodies turned to dust.”

I dreamed that I was out with someone new. A female who is blonde. She looks like my close friend. There was a time limit, almost as if we were supposed to be back before the time runs out or else others will be mad (our families). We sneaked to a escalator to go down somewhere. It was like I was in and out of the body. It may not be my body, but someone's else. I do not know. It feels like love, but maybe it was platonic, but could blossom into something more. She looked at me and said all the positive qualities about me. I believe her. She smiled. She was beautiful.

After my dad died, I dreamed that he and I were talking. We were in his room, sitting on his bed talking like we used to do every day. I asked him "What's it like? Being dead?" He didn't answer, just gave me an odd look. He started to speak again, but I woke up.

My husband was leaving for work. I was so upset he was leaving. I was sobbing. I had to get the girls ready for daycare and school so I could go to work. I was struggling to find clothes for Evelyn because her room was so messy. I knew we were running late too so I was trying to hurry. Outside our mailbox was on the ground and I knew I needed to try and figure out how to fix that. There were rummage sales going on all over the place. I was trying to figure outbwhich way to take to get Evelyn dropped off at daycare and the girls at school. I decided I was going to call into work because I was going to be late and then also realized I needed to clean the house and fix the mailbox. My mother in law found a red dress. I was at my work office and told them I was sick and not going to work. I then proceeded to throw up on the stairs outside. I told them I would call them to officially call in once I got back home. But I never went back home. I no longer had a car so I was going to all these rummage sales and buying things I already had like a pack n play for Evelyn.

Dream

I was at grandmas house (where 90% of my dreams are based, where I grew up) I was in the side yard closest to the church next door. It was sunny for a while then it turned to snow and I had to bury myself in the snow to hide from a wolf. It almost seemed as though I was as small as a rabbit. He didn’t see me and walked right passed even though I was right next to him. Relief washed over me when he did.
