I was on a construction sight watching my ex (not my ex in the dream) work he was digging holes an talking to coworkers. We had recently gotten back together. The dream flash and we were at his parents house talking to his family but the house was an okd farm house that had been remodeled then it flashed to me in his bedroom whilst he was in the shower. I had a dream that Nate (my husband) and I lived in an apartment building but it looked like the current house we live in now. And the building next to the apartment building was a bar and grille we frequented. We went down there to get something to eat and we saw signs posted up in memoriam of one of the people that worked there. It was a younger man with red hair and he was very friendly to everyone. In my waking life I didn’t know this man but in the dream I had met him quite a few times. This bar had a karaoke machine and one of the songs on there was one of the songs that this person wrote so I decided to sing it as a way to honor him. I didn’t know all the words so I had to read them and change the parts where he said his own name and that he worked at the bar. It didn’t last very long because I got booed so I stopped singing and sat down at our table. Then Niy’s night nurse, Ms. Rachel, walked down to the bar and started  vacuuming and I don’t know why but that was our queue to go. We passed by a booth were Niy’s day nurse, Ms. MJ, was sitting. When we got back to our room I coughed up something that felt like a noodle but it wasn’t a noodle. When I pulled it out of my mouth I knew it was a parasite. It was transparent and I could see cells in it merging and replicating. It was actively growing and getting bigger in my hand. By the time I walked to the bathroom to flush it, there was a small goldfish at the bottom of it. Ms. Rachel was in the bathroom looking in the mirror doing something and I flushed the parasite down the toilet behind her. It was now night time and we had friends and family coming to help us pack up our things because for some reason we were leaving at the end of the month. There was about 18-20 people helping. I went into our personal van to grab something and I noticed there was another parasite moving around but this one looked more like a warm. I found a bottle of ice cold water in the front seat, grabbed it and put it in there. Nate asked where they were coming from and I said I didn’t know and then I woke up.
