This dream was about

I was in my childhood home chilling with my mom and little brother, it was a sunny, winter-looking day. We were in my old bedroom, and the way it was furnished is how it was like the first few years I lived there when I was really young. My cat, Melanie, was in the dream and she looked different than she really looks - her fur was a beige or brown color, her body shape seemed different, and she had some blue discoloration on her stomach that was spread to her fur around her stomach. I was worried and scared, I knew I had to get her to an emergency vet and was wondering if they’ll charge me more than what I have. A guy appeared (he’s a nonfictional character from a game I play, and I fancy him a lot) and I became excited, as he was happy to see me. I was in my current room, laying in my bed and he’s sat in front of me, I was honest about how nervous but happy I am to see him.
