Dream About Fighting And Death 3

pages.dreamInterpretation.thisDreamWasAbout

I had a dream I got into a fight with a familiar face from high school. I was winning and then suddenly I saw white. I woke up in another body and when I went outside to wear the fight took place and I saw my our dead body being dragged about, stomped on and sexually assaulted by a bunch of kids. Each kid was a real life bully from my school days, almost all of them. They spread the word that I had gotten beat up and lost instead of the truth, that they killed me. I looked at my grey and blue skin covered in blood in a fetal position and felt a rock of grief and sadness. It’s hard to explain but I missed myself in that moment. I don’t know if I became a spirit after death but it seemed to be so. Oddly enough, I was more focused on proving that I had won rather than I was killed for it. I scrambled to police stations, my sister house and tried calling my boyfriend, as well as my mother. All ignored me or just couldn’t hear/see me. I knew I would be trapped in that state, instead of transitioning to the next dimension that all life\energy progresses to. I had unfinished business and I didn’t see peace for myself any time soon.

Ian, your dream is a vivid and emotionally charged exploration of unresolved conflicts and feelings from your past, particularly your high school years. The fight with a familiar face from high school symbolizes a confrontation with past experiences or emotions that you may feel have not been fully resolved. Winning the fight initially suggests a sense of empowerment or mastery over these past challenges. However, the sudden shift to seeing white and waking up in another body might represent a sense of disconnection or an abrupt change in your identity or perception. The scene where you observe your own body being mistreated by bullies from your school days is particularly poignant. This aspect of the dream could be reflecting lingering feelings of vulnerability or victimization from that period in your life. The image of your body in a fetal position, with grey and blue skin, covered in blood, may symbolize feelings of being overwhelmed by grief and sadness, and perhaps a deep-seated sense of loss associated with that time. Your reaction to this scene—feeling a profound sense of missing yourself—suggests that there may be a part of you that feels disconnected from your true self, possibly due to the unresolved trauma or emotional wounds from your past. The focus on proving that you had won, rather than acknowledging the reality of being 'killed,' could indicate a desire to validate your experiences and achievements, perhaps feeling that they have been misunderstood or overlooked by others.
