In my dream my coworker/husbands friends wife was pregnant. She was having a baby shower and although I was relieved I wasn’t invited I was kind of hurt I wasn’t. I was at my childhood home in the kitchen and dining room about to tell my husband I wasn’t invited when our pregnant friend showed up so I couldn’t say anything. There was leftover food from a delivery and I was eating it but then embarrassed to realize it wasn’t my food but it was hers! I apologized and started to give her and her husband who suddenly showed up a lot of food to eat and encouraged her to eat up for her little one. My mom then arrived in the backyard with groceries and was about to bring them up through the basement. I shut the basement door though because I knew the smell of the basement wasn’t good for our pregnant guest. It was like 1:00 am in the dream and I was tired and hungry myself.
