I dreamt that I was riding on a MTA train, it could’ve been either the 2 or 5 train. It was during the day, possibly summer based on how the passengers were dressed and there was green trees on palm trees - I was in a unfamiliar scenery on the train. A patient that I take care of once a week, I arrived at her home on duty, there was other people there who looked like her family just keeping her company. Her home looked different, almost like another patient I work with every week days, who happens to have the same name as each other. I started getting hungry, and they eventually went to the kitchen for snacks and food, a girl I used to attend high school with was there and I was gonna ask if she would share some with me then her food transformed into something else and she started doing started preparing it as if she’s was baking bread from scratch or something.
