I walked in to the kitchen of my house and through the glass door I saw a lion in the yard. I went outside because I wanted to pet it and it led me to this black and red staircase that led to a portal. I walked up the staircase and in to the portal and I found myself in this small old looking thrift store in the sky. I walked around the thrift store and played between the racks. I started getting tired and began wanting to go home as I realized there was no exit door. I began crying and this woman with half of her body painted red and the other half painted black approached me. I cried for my parents and told her I wanted to go home but she told me I had to wait until they came and found me. I cried and cried until finally my family came in through the portal and took me home.

Hello! Venturing into the unknown, as symbolized by the lion leading you to a portal, may reflect a current situation or emotions where you're facing something unfamiliar or challenging. The thrift store in the sky suggests a connection to the past, as thrift stores often hold items with history and memories. Feeling trapped and crying for your family indicates a desire for comfort and support during times of uncertainty or stress. Your dreams often contain themes of captivity, whether it's being held in a facility or feeling stuck in a thrift store. This recurring motif could be signaling a feeling of being constrained in some aspect of your life, perhaps in a relationship or a situation that you feel you cannot easily leave or change. The consistent appearance of an escape or resolution, such as your family finally arriving to take you home, suggests an underlying belief that no matter the circumstances, there is a way back to safety and familiarity.
We explain why you have seen this dream and use it to identify what is blocking your mental health and happiness.
