This dream was about

I was in a tunnel with other people and we were trying to get away from gun shots. Inside the tunnel were felt squares with letters on them. The tunnel was crowed with them. The person with what I assume was a gun told us if we could form words inside the dark tunnel from the felt letters, stack them up, and put them on top of the tunnel he would leave us alone. Everyone in the tunnel was forming words to stack up. However, I was runnning back and fourth unable to make words. Gun shots were in the background. The person who was ahead of the seemingly war or chaos, told me that I could leave and take a break but I must come back. They said that I was leaving but to remember that they would be watching me.
