Once upon a time, in a dream, prolly like a month ago. I heard a knocking on my bedroom window and when I turned to look, there was this giant man with bright curly red hair and a thick Irish?? Accent. (It was kinda funny to listen too, his voice was deep though which made his voice sound really interesting) He said to pack my shit, we’d leave tonight. I was so thrilled. I hurriedly gathered some clothes in a duffle bag, trying to avoid my dad so we wouldn’t get caught. I climbed out the window and jumped on his back, he was a massive Black and red dragon. We flew into the stormy night sky but it was like something was stopping his flight. Like the winds were pushing him back. I’m not really sure what happened but it felt like I fell off and when I awoke I was still in my boring old room, desperately wishing he really coulda saved me. I hope he was kind.

Brianna, the dream you described is rich with symbolism and intense emotions, reflecting various aspects of your subconscious mind. The knocking on your bedroom window signifies an unexpected call to adventure or change, something that disrupts your usual routine and urges you to embark on a new journey. The giant man with bright curly red hair and a thick accent could represent an unfamiliar but intriguing aspect of yourself or an external force that promises excitement and escape from your current situation. The act of packing your belongings in a hurry indicates a readiness to leave behind certain aspects of your life, possibly those that are causing you stress or unhappiness. The need to avoid your father suggests a desire to break free from authoritative or controlling influences in your life, seeking independence and freedom. Climbing onto the back of a dragon, especially one with contrasting black and red colors, symbolizes a powerful and primal force within you. Dragons often represent strength, transformation, and the ability to rise above challenges. The stormy night sky and the winds pushing back against the dragon's flight highlight the external and internal obstacles you face in your quest for change and freedom. These winds could symbolize the anxieties and fears that frequently accompany your waking life, hindering your progress and causing you to feel stuck. Falling off the dragon and waking up in your room reflects a sense of being pulled back into reality, where the escape and transformation you yearn for seem out of reach.
