Dream About Ex And Friend In House Party
Analyze my dream

This dream was about

I am in a house with people. My ex is there and a used to be friend mine who my ex was hooking around with was there too. The used to be friend seem to be wearing clothes for the people in the house opinions. He looked weird. His teeth was huge and didn’t seem to match his mouth. I walked away. He looked like a caricature. My ex wasn’t paying him attention. He was on the other side of the house. The scene seem to be between my used to be friend house and my brother house. I am now outside and I see a parking lot of cars. Most were old and damaged vehicles. People were outside like a party was going on. I went to the side of my brother house and found some oil in a black container. I pick it up with the intentions of finding which car belonging to my ex and put it in his gas tank. I see a old beat up black Honda and felt it was my ex vehicle. The front was damaged and half of it was gone. As I was walking to it I said to myself that he isn’t even manifesting in life because of his actions. I kind of wanted to cancel the attempt. I felt bad for him. However, as I continued to walk, the container spilled black oil on me. I dropped the container and went inside the house. My ex and I are now walking in a mall. We are looking for supplies for a party. I can’t remember all the details to our conversation but I was asking him questions about my used to be friend and him. (This is the third time I had a dream of my ex and me being in a mall scene. It’s seem to always involve me asking him questions about things during our relationship and he answering them). I am now upstairs in a different house. I am getting ready as I hear a noise throughout the house. I think it was an alarm. There is people in the house as well. I, for some reason, wanted to go into the garage. My intention was to see the sleeping arrangement between my ex and the used to be friend. I went into the garage which is now my brother’s house. I opened the door and I see my ex standing up with only shorts on. His back is towards me and he is taking a pill. The used to be friend is still sleeping on his belly in shorts. I noticed their bed was two round coffee tables. My ex is standing next to his taking the pill and my used to be friend is still sleeping on the other. I thought the arrangement was uncomfortable and weird. I don’t remember saying anything to them. I just walked past and opened the washing machine which had clothes in it.

Phenomenon, your dream is rich with symbolism and seems to reflect various aspects of your subconscious processing of past relationships and personal growth. The house you found yourself in with your ex and former friend symbolizes a space where past memories and unresolved feelings reside. Seeing your ex and the friend who was involved with him suggests lingering feelings of betrayal or unresolved anger. The attire and exaggerated appearance of your former friend might indicate how your mind perceives him now—out of place and distorted, perhaps reflecting your feelings of mistrust or disillusionment. Your ex not paying attention to this friend, being on the other side, might symbolize the emotional distance or separation you feel from that part of your past. The scene shifting between your brother's house and the friend's house may suggest a blend of familial and friendship dynamics influencing your emotions. When you moved outside to the parking lot filled with old, damaged cars, it could be a reflection of how you view past relationships or experiences—worn out and no longer functional. The black container of oil and your intention to put it in your ex's car's gas tank symbolizes a desire for retribution or to make your ex face consequences for his actions. However, the act of spilling oil on yourself and feeling bad for him might indicate an internal conflict where you grapple with anger yet feel empathy. The recurring mall scenes, where you find yourself questioning your ex about past issues, signify a need for closure or understanding. Malls are places of choice and variety, perhaps indicating your search for answers or resolution in a vast space of possibilities. This repetition suggests that these unresolved questions weigh heavily on you and continue to resurface in your subconscious. Finally, the scene in the garage at your brother's house, witnessing your ex and former friend in an uncomfortable sleeping arrangement, adds another layer. The pill-taking and strange bed setting might represent how you view their current situations—awkward and unhealthy. The act of observing without interaction and turning to the washing machine could symbolize your desire to clean or process these complicated emotions without direct confrontation. In summary, your dream intertwines elements of past relationships, unresolved feelings, and a quest for understanding and closure. These recurring themes suggest that your subconscious is working through these issues, perhaps indicating areas in your waking life that might benefit from further reflection and understanding.
