Dream About Drawing Competition On Rooftop

pages.dreamInterpretation.thisDreamWasAbout

Im on the flat roof of a tall building. Im there with another person. The roof is square shaped like the building and is made of grey concrete. Im sitting in a chair with my back to one of the sides of the square. There is a chair to my right that is facing the same direction as the one im sitting in. There is a person sitting in the chair to my right. It was either my suspicious math teacher (everyone thinks he has a thing for younger girls) or a guy that used to be my classmate (had a crush on like every girl in the class). The person was tall. We each had to draw ourselves. It was a bit like a competition, I think the winner was whoever finished drawing first. I remember talking with the person I was competing with but it was mainly competitive banter and I was mostly focused on drawing. I dont remember the drawing process but I remember when my opponent finished, I wasnt done yet. My drawing was extremely realistic, it looked like a photo. In the drawing was an image of the back of my head, my hair stood out to me in the moment but there wasnt anything strange about it. My opponent complimented my drawing with shock. He said it was really realistic. Amother person joined us at some point but they werent competing, they were mishevious. They had a button on their chair. im not sure what the button wouldve done if it was pressed and im not sure what mishevious things the person that joined us did.

Millie, your dream of being on a flat roof with a competitor reflects a unique blend of ambition and self-awareness. The setting of a tall building suggests a desire for elevation or progress in your life, particularly in your personal or academic pursuits. Being on a roof can symbolize a sense of freedom, but also a feeling of vulnerability as you are exposed to the world. The grey concrete of the roof may indicate that you are feeling somewhat grounded or tethered, yet the square shape can represent stability and structure in your life. The presence of the person sitting to your right, who could either be your math teacher or a former classmate, points towards influences in your life that may feel competitive or challenging. This dynamic suggests that you are navigating relationships that evoke feelings of rivalry or admiration. Your focus on drawing yourself while engaged in competitive banter reveals a deep-seated desire for validation, particularly in how you perceive yourself compared to others. Drawing can be a form of self-expression, and in your dream, you were not just creating art; you were crafting your identity. As you competed to finish your drawing, the urgency to complete it before your opponent highlights your drive to succeed and perhaps a fear of inadequacy. The fact that your drawing turned out to be extremely realistic and garnered compliments indicates your potential and the high standards you set for yourself. This acknowledgment from your competitor shows that you are craving recognition, not just from peers but from yourself as well.
