I have frequent dreams about liminal spaces, and while I’m in these places I’m either trying to locate something or escape, and there is always some kind of imminent or present danger. These liminal spaces are either vast outdoor landscapes, or foreboding manmade structures. I can usually fly, or I’m usually swimming underwater, but I can breathe.

Dream

This is a continuation of a previous dream where I saw that friend J from the family vacation. This time I went to a mall to print some documents for a thesis. I chose a nicer cafe with good ambience as the salad was fresher and less watery. A friend S saw me and decided to join me for lunch. Then J came and wanted to join us but S was displeased. A girl whom I did not recognise came and told me J liked me. J was shocked and denied. We sat together and started to chat. I found out that they wanted to go to a cheaper place but came here as they saw me. The topic of the thesis came and my friends mentioned they chose the topic based on friends' parents' recommendation instead of researching about what they were interested in. When it was time to make payment I went up to the platform with high heels and walked gracefully to pay. Later I left to print documents and had to squeeze with people to get to the printing shop. After that I had to run errands for my parents as there were guests at my place. Later when I finally reached home I realised I had printed incorrectly and had to make amends as my professor was difficult to please. I saw many round tables with different people sitting together and I could recognise faces from my school days. Then I saw J sitting at the extreme end of a table and the girl who came earlier was sitting with him, along with many others. She suddenly pulled me over and said J did not like me. J and I was shocked and I left feeling embarrassed as everyone thought I was rejected by J. I sat with another friend W and explained to him what happened at the cafe and also told him I only regarded J as a friend and I did not understand why the girl had to say these things to me. Later I ended up seeing my childhood friend D who were doing very well and traveled back and forth to overseas each week for business. He gave me access to his room for printing and modifying my documents. But when I reached his room people were already using his computer so I had to ask the girl who was using his computer to help me amend my documents. I found it difficult to guide her verbally so I asked for control of the computer. I was experimenting very quickly and I tried undo-ing some changes but it somehow affected her work as well. So I decided to compromise and made simple changes good enough to print out for the submission.

I had a dream my mom told me that her husband broke up with her, in my dream someone showed me proof that my man was cheating on me and that he was sending nudes to this chick and I when I found out I was going to get him jumped, I was in contact with my ex and my ex told me to bring him to a house and before I could send a text I was there and for my ex to come outside I woke up

I had a dream there were things i forgot to do at work. Nusrses and doctors were messaging me. My old coworker and supervisor were messaging me. Then i realized i don’t work there anymore. I got a mew job and start Monday. I responded to them saying i don’t work there anymore and I felt so good and happy. I felt relieved

I had a dream that my mom, older sister and me were driving around and we saw a woman get followed and probably kidnapped in the dream by a masked man. We stopped at a store where a man told us about how someone was talking about kidnapping my older sister. We drove back home and got into our room with my dad in it. We heard someone break in, my sister and I went to investigate and it was a headless man with no hands trying to get my sister but she kept hitting him with something. I was hitting him too, I called 911 but could barely speak.

I was together with a person who had a small dog. Although i don’t know them from real life, i believe that they were my friend. We are on a big big square, reminding of Italy, with houses rendered it. My friend with the dog seemed to be in trouble. There was an argument with another group of people, although i don’t remember what it was about. I stood besides them and watch them argue, like a viewer, feeling stressed.

Trapped in a storage unit room with a couple. Hurricane shutters were going up and luckily my mean boss heard me banging on the window and came and let us out. We then went into a large storage unit like the size of the Ark to keep safe from the storm. There was some water in it and I just remember it starting to close and getting completely dark

Somebody else lived in my house. I couldn't go back there. I was very upset and I was crying. I couldn't call it my home anymore. The person who lived there was an older lady and she had two dogs. One BIG one, which ran out to the front yard once he seen my dog running down the block on the other side towards him and she also had a smaller one, which I didn't see until I went back into my house and hid behind the back door. I didn't want her big dog to attack me so I got out from behind the door and saw the lady. I was crying really hard and I told her that I used to live there with my parents. I told her all the stuff upstairs in my room was mine and I asked if she could box it all up for me. Then I told her that I had secret stash spots in my room and that I wanted the things from those places as well. She didn't give me an answer. When I looked at her I noticed she had bottle caps for eye lids. She seemed very understanding of the situation, but she never gave me an answer as to getting all my stuff back.
