Dream

I'm feeling sad after this one. I had a dream I took an aptitude test for the military, kind of like the ASVAB and was waiting to get my score. I look and see the teacher's desk has three graded papers on it. I look and see mine is one of them. My score is 103 out of 140. There's a note on it circled that's says "maybe try college" and then I see this watercolor painting of a college campus. It looks like orange coast college, the community college across the street from my high school. I would have gone there in real life it I hadn't gotten a scholarship to Chapman university that paid half my tuition. I'm shocked by the low score and saddened I'm not cut out for the military. In the dream I suddenly realize I've already been to college and served in the military and that the test and painting is a metaphor for life...I've studied hard for a test that's no longer relevant or the standard. I worked hard all my life to reach a goal that's always moving further away.

In this dream, I was being chased by a t-rex. It chase me through a cornfield, a forest, and to the desert. It chased me off a cliff and we fell onto the desert sand.

Dream

I dreamed that I was not in my own bed and I was in a unfamiliar place. I was trying to sleep like normal but in the dream I kept getting sleep paralysis and hallucinations of an unfamiliar person appearing in the hallway through the open bedroom door and the person walked into the bedroom when it saw me and I got frightened and tried to move my body. It happened multiple times in the dream and it seemed as though I was having a hard time falling asleep and when I actually woke up it caused intense distress and I was sweating.

Someone tried to kill me it was so violent. I used magic to transform into a baby to save myself. It was happening in an anciens Time. My aggressor was there. My ex and I acted like we were together.

I was walking up a stony rocky sandy cliff with my brothers and dad and my dog which had passed away. Then we started climbing up a rocky cliff face and then we sat in a crack up the cliff and I held my old dog in my arms.

I was on a street outside an area with a low fence surrounding it, I went someplace else and when I tried to get back there was a nu mee of buildings blocking that place. I knew I could go back if I wanted to. Then I found my self again in that area with the low fence I was before

Dream

I was walking with my dad towards the small trailer I lived in. It was at the foot of mountains and it was dusk. He was judging this house but I was happy with it. Turns out my sister Ruby and her husband Jackson were living in there with their baby son and once that baby was older, they had a daughter. The daughter was somehow older than the son though she was born later in the dream. Childcare in the dream was weird and I don’t remember much, just that it was very, very weird. It wasn’t too stressful, but the things the children did and wanted made me feel awkward though I did my best. My dad disappeared when it came to helping with the kids—after walking with me on a dirt path to the house he was gone. My dad briefly drove me around while I did heavy, shimmery blue makeup in the passenger seat using the sunshield mirror. My makeup looked mostly good and similar to a girl I had seen on YouTube who specializes in 80s looks. Music was playing and I knew dad would dislike the particular Ariana grande song that was playing, it wasn’t one of her more famous songs. It played part of the next song and dad turned off audio without asking. I said “oh” but wasn’t surprised, and didn’t turn it back on. I just kept doing my makeup, which I was enjoying in any case. Last I remember doing a ritual with Selene, a friend of mine who is Native, that allowed one of my Native male ancestors to temporarily co-inhabit my body. We were on a porch or balcony in a beautiful desert. The sand was bright with sun and there were a few plants here and there. I was aware of myself and still “in my mind,” but this Native man was talking directly to Selene and asking about her people. He was very open and spoke his native language. There was a long, sustained scream that “we” made in the presence of Selene, not a scary or sad scream, but just a long and loud one as he transitioned into me and we were both present in my body. I was aware of myself enough to be self-conscious and wondering how I would explain this experience to white people in my life, or if what was happening was even real, but he also just spoke and connected with Selene, through me. Overall this was a strange dream but not that negative—the negative feelings and actions associated with my dad weren’t even that serious, and in past dreams they have been. The weird childcare parts were also ok even though they felt inaccessible or mysterious. Overall I’m not sure what to make or feel about any of it but thankfully I at least feel calm.

Last night I dreamed I took my little girl doggie out to pottie. She was lured to the swerve by a huge pig, who pulled her in and ate her. I could hear her screaming until the screams stopped. Crying hysterically when I entered the home, my male client was making rounds in the female clients’ rooms showing 2 staff persons who don’t work in my Group Homes. One was an estranged male friend I haven’t seen or spoken with in years, and the other was a female whom used to work with the company I contract with. I haven’t seen or spoke with her in years as well. I was crying still, yet trying to understand why they were there. They explained that they were sent there because they would be working from time to time in our homes. The male friend has an attitude and accused me of murdering someone. I told him I loved and adored him. He jumped up and hugged and kissed me. It seems I was having a hard time finding the time to call and tell my wife what happened to my dog. From there the female was no longer the same person, she ended up being one of my recently deceased Sister’s friends who showed me a photo of us all during my Sister’s recent birthday trip together we took together. As I began crying more I awakened.

Dream Description I dreamed that I was in Puerto Rico, staying at a large hotel near El Morro. I was surrounded by celebrity friends, and we were going to see Daddy Yankee. Many people were criticizing him because he had turned his life over to God. They said he was lying to himself, but when I finally saw him, he felt genuine and transparent. Suddenly, the dream changed. I was running across a grassy land and came upon a cave. Inside the cave, souls were entering a tunnel. It was said that if you entered the tunnel searching for someone named Desmond, you would have to give your soul and would never be able to return to real life. Then the dream shifted again. I was standing in line trying to get an autograph from Shaquille O’Neal. A friend of mine, who was a VIP, tried to skip the line, but Shaq refused to see him. My friend became aggressive and was arrested. While I was still in line, the situation turned hostile. I was spoken to disrespectfully and intimidated with inappropriate language. Before things escalated or I got into trouble, I chose to leave.
