Dream
today i dreamt abt being back at high school, wearing this incredibly short dress that i kept having to pull down and it showed my breasts!! but i felt cute. i was walking all around the dining hall, almost parading the dress around. some man asked me to explain smthing in spanish, but i let my brother take over as i went to grab some food. when i came back, sarah klema from college and sofia wilson from a former job were explaining in spanish to the man. i wasn’t surprised because in real life, my brother doesn’t know spanish enough😭. i sit down and i am presented with a huge taco bell order. for some reason, i get on facebook and tag jack in a comment, saying “hey babe @jack morrell, do you want some food?” For some reason, i quickly deleted it and hoped no one saw it. but jack did, and he texted me. i texted him back but i don’t remember the convo, only that i really wanted to share my taco bell meal with him.
then, i’m suddenly digging through my bookbag and realize i have a ton of dirty laundry in there, and lament that i’d have to wash them and the bag at some point later.
the next part of my dream was me travelling to a different city on my own, it seemed like seattle again. i get off a train and start walking, looking for some place that wasn’t clear to me yet. as i get to an intersection, this asian lady is talking out loud, trying to get anyone’s attention abt smthing. i try communicating to her, seeing if she needed help, saying stuff like “phone? do you need móvil?” she looks at me in disdain and i get immediately annoyed, and kinda gently storm off from her and cross the street. I pass by this tiny restaurant and somehow intuitively know that the lady was trying to get customers to go there, and i think to myself that if she wasn’t so rude, i would have went!! i keep walking past it and get to my destination, another restaurant with lots of spanish workers. they give me a cheap meal (great for my pockets) but a good meal. i sit down and eat, not caring that the worker men were probably talking abt me, seeing as i was the only customer at the place and i realized my dress wasn’t pulled down enough. suddenly, this pretty woman, with slightly darker skin than me (she looked racially ambiguous) comes up to me and asks me if i want to go to her event. she asks what do i think about the dalai lama. i respond “love him!” and she made a face, so i back tracked and was like “i don’t love him?” in a joking way seeing what she wanted me to say, since i don’t know not nearly enough abt the dalai lama. she tells me her event is on wednesday. i grab my phone to get my number and panic that it’s on 1%. i exclaim out loud and she asks what’s wrong. i tell her my phone is dying and i forgot my portable charger in the same place it’s sitting in real life, on my desk in my bedroom. i bid her adieu as she goes to order food and let her know the table near me is definitely free. then i wake up.
