Dream About Workplace Conflict Romance

I was still working in security and I was on a task force with an FBI agent. This agent was interested in me romantically and I was considering a relationship. We had been out together one time and had kissed. But I wasn’t sure because of the working relationship, if this would be a good thing. After sometime being apart, we ended up in the same office space two cubes apart. Allegedly he needed to interview me for something. He also had another interview scheduled, and now my interview was scheduled immediately after that he wasn’t happy because that limited the time he had with his first interview and he yelled at me in the office. I yelled back, but I was mortified. In the next scene, we are in a common area where everyone is eating and talking and milling around. A couple of other investigators and agents that I know were there as well. His supervisor asked me where I saw him. I was a little flustered and I said well today or yesterday he is two cubes away from me. Upon returning to my area I was somehow carrying a tray of chocolate and sea salt covered pretzel sticks. I ran into some friends from grade school and shared my snack and they shared larger chocolate covered pretzels. I don’t even like chocolate covered pretzels. I went back to the cubicle area and passed him on my way. I looked him square in the eyes and told him to never ever yell at me in the workplace again. He told me that I brought it on myself because I interrupted his interview schedule. I was so furious. I remember feeling you will not gaslight me not this time. Some things about this stream that were strange is that I didn’t find the man attractive, I don’t know his name, and it was tied to my security career. Also, I was offered a position as a citizen support role. My response was that I was also offered a position as a consultant in bank security. Neither roll sounded good to me, but I’m feeling the pressure to get back to work so I’m considering both. I remember feeling neither was my passion, but I have to do something.
