Dream About Storms And Attraction

I was in a big house with a female guest and my sister Ruby. There was a huge storm outside, incredibly windy. The wind was so powerful it kept getting too loud for the female guest and I to talk in the bedroom. She seemed young and to be my friend, but I kept seeing her underwear accidentally and I was attracted to her. I then watched a video call where a whasian man was evaluating photos of different Asian women from a TV show or girl group, and he was pretty harsh about a few, though I thought all of them were pretty. The man was being interviewed by a woman I couldn’t see, I only heard her. One woman came up who had a really beautiful face, and he immediately said her face was sexy and smiled and rolled his eyes in pleasure. I thought he must particularly like this woman because she looked like HIM, like they looked like brother and sister. The whole video call encounter was off-putting and sad as I felt like I was trying to understand what he wanted in women, and I couldn’t access either him or the women. I was just watching from the outside. He was good looking but I hated what he was doing or was envious of it. At one point I was outside with a young black woman wearing a bonnet, and a lighter-skinned black or mixed woman wearing a sparkly blue dress. There was a third woman or perhaps that was me. The two women argued and fought, and I was uncomfortable. The dark-skinned woman spoke in black dialect and I understood her but I don’t remember what she said now. Things were tense. Back in the big house the wind got extremely violent outside at one point. I saw lightning flash so big that everything looked painfully bright outside. I told the guest to get down to the basement, and my sister Ruby who was still in the bathroom, I told her get to the basement now. I also tried to bring down our childhood dog who passed away years ago but was alive in the dream, Wendell. Wendell was a little black poodle and I picked him up and let him run free in the basement once I got there. The guest wanted to know what happened because I was shaken up and wanted to explain the storm and my experience. I waited for my sister so I wouldn’t have to explain twice. Wendell ran around and got on the couch—when Ruby came down she was exhausted and sat leaning far back on the couch. It was the old orange couches from our childhood. She said Wendell had urinated next to her bed, even though we had eliminated one of his bad habits, he was still doing that. She scrunched her nose up as if still smelling it. I think I was going to defend Wendell but then I woke up. The storm parts of the dream were really off-putting and I felt confused and unhappy for a lot of the dream but still resilient and capable.
