Dream About Living In A Motel
Analyze my dream

This dream was about

I don’t remember much of it… so my mom, my brother, and I got kicked out of a friends house we were living in until we could get our own place but my mom was being majorly lazy and it was hard for her to find a job and place to live. We ended up having to live in this motel place that people would go to when they had not enough money for a real house/apartment. There was a small bed in the corner of the room, a closet, a dresser, a small kitchen like area and a small bathroom that only had a toilet and a sink… we had to go to a public bathroom for bathing/showering in and it was hard to do with my little brother. One day next door I realized one of my high school friends was living here as well which made me a bit happy because it had been awhile since I had last seen him. I also have a boyfriend who is very kind and supportive of everything that’s gone wrong with me and my family and try’s to help as much as he can. My boyfriends also very popular since he has a lot of friends and is the raining champion of all sports, he’s tall and handsome as well. Everyone always wonders why he chose me a quiet girl who likes to hide from others and only has two friends, sometimes I wonder why he chose me as his girlfriend too… to my knowledge I don’t have any amazing talents like he does. I went to see my friend and knocked on his door he looked surprised and I told him my situation and he made me feel better about it and we had fun hanging out for a bit. Everyday my boyfriend comes over to hangout with us making sure we are all good and sometimes he’ll bring food and coffee for my mom. One day I realized my friends door was ajar and he looked kind of off so I opened it more and there was pills all over the place and they were all medication he was on but he seemed to not want to take them since he felt they weren’t working. I called my boyfriend and we both tried to calm him down and once he was fully calm I went to the store near by and got him a medication container for the times and days he’s supposed to take his pills and filled them up for him so then it’d be easier for him to notice and remember to take them everyday I also got some sticky notes that I stuck to the wall saying “don’t forget to take them”, “please take them lots of people care about u”,etc. The next day I had just woke up and my boyfriend walks in so that made me super embarrassed because I was still in my pjs and had morning breath and my hair was all over the place. He asked me why I just woke up when my mom and brother have been up for a bit now and I explained that since there’s only one bed I let mom and my brother have it because mom is getting old and they need a better place to sleep also because I knew my younger brother was going to sleep with mom and if I had the bed I’d feel bad because I knew there would be no room for them on the couch together. The couch sucked and was totally not comfortable at all and he suggested that I could go live with him and his family since we are dating and they have an extra room right now and the couch is making me exhausted. I asked my boyfriend to go check up on our friend right now and then I asked my mom if it was ok to leave them there in the gross motel.. she said it was fine but to not “fool” around at all while I’m there which made me super blush and mad so she just laughs at me. I told her that we’ll be there everyday to hangout with them and I’d pretty much be there for breakfast and dinner and bedtime so I’d have lunch and play with them during the rest of the time. I packed up my things and gave them to my boyfriend so he could put them in his truck and when I went to say bye mom told me that she had two potential places she could move into and not with someone else but just her and my brother.. I was super excited and she let me know that I’ll probably have to babysit my brother while she’s gone since my brother is only 6 years old and can’t be left by himself

Kiana, your dream presents a vivid tapestry of feelings and situations that speak to your current emotional landscape and life circumstances. It begins with an unsettling scenario where you, your mother, and your brother are displaced, forced to live in a motel due to financial struggles. This setting may reflect your own anxieties about stability and security, especially considering the life-changing events you've experienced recently, such as financial stress and relocation. The motel, a temporary and often uncomfortable place, symbolizes a sense of transience and uncertainty in your life, perhaps mirroring your own feelings about the changes and challenges you face. Your mother's laziness and difficulty finding a job might represent your feelings of frustration or helplessness regarding family dynamics and responsibilities. It suggests a longing for support and stability, which can be quite significant, especially if you feel like you are often the one trying to hold things together. The small, cramped living conditions in the motel, with limited amenities, may further indicate feelings of confinement or restriction in your life, highlighting your yearning for a more secure and nurturing environment, both for yourself and your family. The appearance of your high school friend in this dream adds an interesting layer of connection and nostalgia. Seeing someone from your past may signify a desire for familiarity and comfort amidst the chaos. This encounter seems to bring you joy, suggesting that you crave social interaction and support, which may not be as readily available in your current reality. Your boyfriend's presence in the dream as a supportive figure indicates your need for emotional security and companionship during these tumultuous times. His kindness highlights the importance of having someone in your life who understands and helps you navigate through your struggles. When you discover your friend struggling with medication, it reflects a compassionate side of you that seeks to help others, even when you yourself are facing challenges. This aspect of the dream shows your nurturing nature and the way you care for those around you, perhaps even at the expense of your own well-being. The act of organizing his medications and leaving supportive notes emphasizes your desire for stability and routine, not just for yourself but for those you care about. You’re trying to establish a sense of order in a chaotic environment, which speaks to your innate desire for control and security in your life. The transition towards possibly moving in with your boyfriend’s family signifies a potential shift towards a more stable situation. Your embarrassment about your appearance when he arrives suggests insecurity about how you present yourself, yet it also highlights the comfort you find in your relationship. It may indicate your wish for a safe space where you can be yourself without judgment. Your mother’s announcement about potential housing options for her and your brother brings a sense of relief and hope; it suggests that while you are concerned about your family’s well-being, you also desire to carve out your own space and independence. Overall, this dream intertwines your feelings of instability, your nurturing instincts, and your desire for connection, showcasing your deep-seated hopes for a brighter future.
