Dream About C Section And Disappointment

I gave birth but I wasn’t pregnant. I had a c section. I was at university and went to a home where there were friends and a guy I admire. This guy didn’t care about me and it made me disappointed. The c section scar was HUGE it took my whole belly and chest tremendously thick. So I asked them if it was normal. I descridbed the scar and then I was chocked and fainted. While unconscious I screamed and yelled my lungs out. An old tutor who’s dear to my heart came to help but a friend told her to leave me alone. After a moment alone my friends from university came to help and brought me safe. I kept apologizing for screaming. A teacher cried and I was at my old middle school it was linked to the hospital I work in
