i moved into a new house and everything was normal then later in the dream i got a letter from a guy who asked to marry me. i was being stalked and was terrified. i kept looking around for who it could be, i felt so vulnerable. then my dad tried to help me find the guy who did it but we couldnt so he bought a new house across the street and started running there thinking i was behind him. i got lost and couldnt find him because there were a bunch of houses crouded together and it was night with only a couple of streetlights so i went into a random “house” but it was actually just a couple walls with a dancing lady who danced around me trying to tell me something. i left and there was this bigger guy on a wheelie thing and he was trying to explain something about his friend, he looked very worried like he was at gunpoint. i asked him to try and calm down and talk to me but he got scared and back up more saying he was like a fatherly figure for me. then my dad showed up and didnt show on his face how scared he was. he made me feel safe so i came out of the walls then i turned to see a man holding a gun, now aiming it at me. i realized how scary it actually was to be held at gunpoint. everyone was screaming and there were a bunch of men around. my dad started dancing so i figured hed had a plan so i started doing the macarena and the guy with a gun said yup and shot me in the neck. it was a weird sensation that i cant describe, and i began to collapse into my dad. then i woke up crying.

Morgan, your dream starts with the imagery of moving into a new house, which often symbolizes a new phase or transition in life. It might reflect how you're navigating through certain changes or new experiences at this stage. The normalcy of the house initially suggests a desire for stability or comfort in this new transition. However, receiving a letter proposing marriage from an unknown man and feeling stalked introduces a sense of invasion and lack of control. This part of the dream may be highlighting feelings of vulnerability or anxiety about the unknown, which could stem from your experiences of anxiety and ADHD. The presence of your father trying to help you find this mysterious person suggests a search for guidance and protection. Fathers in dreams often represent authority or support, so this might indicate looking for reassurance from a figure of support in your life. The inability to find the stalker and the confusion of crowded houses at night could symbolize feeling overwhelmed by choices or paths, especially when you’re unsure of the outcome or destination. Entering a random 'house' that turns out to be an incomplete structure with a dancing lady could symbolize encountering the unexpected and trying to find meaning in it. The lady's dance could represent distraction or an attempt to communicate something important that you're not yet ready to understand. Similarly, the bigger guy on a wheelie thing trying to convey a message while appearing at gunpoint symbolizes confusion and fear in communication, perhaps reflecting your own struggles with expression or understanding complex feelings due to anxiety. Your father's eventual appearance, despite his calm demeanor, brings a sense of relief.
