Dream About Anger And Grief

I had a dream that I was still working at the Laird's and still in school actually and then I kept getting into fights with people and someone even spoke to me and said you haven't been nice to me like yourself, like you're usually so nice and kind and now we're all trying to stay away from you because you just blow up and you're so angry and you fight everyone and I was trying to tell her like no like I feel the same but I thought about it some more and she was right I was just angry and anything set me off and I wasn't myself and then I went to go wash my hands in the sink and I started bawling and crying. I started crying so hard that I woke up from sleep crying because I knew it was from grief of losing my father that I still felt this way. Then I had a different dream. Well I kind of went back into that dream and it transitioned from me being in school in Dillard's to living in Mexico kind of like that time I lived in Mexico with my dad and I was like eating a little something and walking home and someone was following me and I finally made it to it almost seemed like a motel 6 setup but it was like where my family lives in Mexico because in Mexico my family lives all in the same block and we were celebrating one of my cousin's birthday and I was surprised that they cared about me enough to like care that I went there and it was nice and sweet but then I ended up being in the beach on Acapulco again and that's where my ex parked like on the low tide so much so that if I opened the car door and I stepped out my feet would be in the waves when it came up and my ex was just trying to like convince me that we were together and that anything he gave me would make me happy but I was so disgusted and felt trapped and was trying to explain to him that I had moved on
