Dream About Anger And Confrontation 4

I was at work stood by the medication room with my colleague noordeep. It was i between 7am-8am as the night staff were still there. Opposite where I was stood was Amy’s room. In her room 4 of the nightstaff were sat down one of them being a woman called Sarah. Sarah was staring at me and after a while of this I said to her something like can I help you? Then she sprang to her feet and ran at me. She started screaming and shouting at me, calling me different names, saying how horrible I am to her (as her senior staff member) and while she was doing this she was smoking a joint. Rather than getting angry back I was very relaxed and saying things like whatever Sarah, you need to calm down. She got angry that I wasn’t fighting back. And then she reached forward dug her nails in and scratched my hands and forearms. I then shouted at her to get in the office and she wouldn’t so I told her to leave! I went into the building next door and my care director was sat at the dining table and I told him about the incident. I then sat in the office and wrote a statement. Then Julie one of the staff who was in Amy’s room tried telling me Sarah didn’t mean any harm.
