Dream About Alternate Realities 3

Hi so basically I was very confused. I kept dreaming alternate realities of myself. It felt like it was like suddenly I can’t even remember much but for example I’ll be doing something. I’ll be somewhere than suddenly is that would fall into a different reality and then I’d wake up I’d be confused. I popped a chair against my door locked make sure no one come in my room. I don’t know why also in my dreams I don’t know I kept falling through. I just enter into new realities like I didn’t know if it was real or not I was very confused.
