In the first dream, I had decided to attend the synagogue, and I felt really welcome. People were really friendly. It was a totally different kind of environment, but the interesting thing was I had just gotten out of the pool, and it was like they were fine with me participating in some kind of community social event while I was still wearing my swimsuit. I felt really immodest, and I kept feeling like I needed to go back to the changing room and get more dressed, but when I came back after getting dressed, I was disqualified from the event because I missed too many questions, and at the end of it, I could tell the rabbi, who was like my math teacher in high school, would have liked to drive me home, but he knew it wasn't proper, so he decided to let one of my peers walk me home instead. In the second, oh, and then there were like men. They gave a tour of the women's changing room to a bunch of men. In the second dream, I was actually attending a Muslim event, and I was wearing a hijab as usual, but the difference was that I guess I was meeting a friend, or I was meeting new friends. I'm not really sure, but one of the friends, she was like, I told somebody she found a better job, and then I found a better job, but they were still kind of viewing us as like whatever wage slaves, I guess, and then the same math teacher showed up, and he was like involved in the community event somehow, and I was like using the bathroom. I was in there for a long time, and I got the toilet kind of dirty, and I had to clean up after myself, and there were other toilets, but he ended up coming in there while I was still in there to use the toilet, which felt really invasive, so I guess that was a common theme was men being in women's spaces while we were trying to change or use the bathroom or something.
