I was waiting for my bus to take me to the airport. A friend saw me and urged me to join her and a group for meditation. I was hesitant because I didn't know what time the bus was going to come, it didn't have a set schedule. But I sat down with the group. They were passing out chocolate shaped like a boat. I held the chocolate like how a toddler would; using my whole hand without regard for the possibility of it melting in my hand. I was able to eat half of that delicious milk chocolate boat before my alarm woke me up.
My uncle, who has MS and currently ambulated with arm crutches, rode his bike to come visit me and say goodbye before I left for my flight home. He was strong and muscular. He was out of breath and tired from biking, but he looked so genuinely happy.

rejection my dream last night was all about feeling rejected. I was doing all of this amazing hard work for work. I was doing a research study and I had brought in Mariah to help me with the research study, but I was at home back at my parents house the house I grew up in and I was making dinner for everybody and I was really frustrated because I felt like the kitchen was a mess and I was trying to plan this dinner. I was making meatloaf and mashed potatoes and like for some reason, it just wasn’t turning out the way I wanted to I believe that Dave was there so my dead ex-husband was there and I just got really upset and frustrated with my sisters and I said F and I just started walking and like I had work to do like I knew I had work to do like I wasn’t like I was just had the ability to leave, but I was like screw it maybe I just need to like take the time out so I took a time out and I started walking and I ended up in like these woods in this area by my old house, but I really needed to get back and I felt like I needed to go back and they said no like you’re not welcome back at the house. No one wants to be around you and nobody likes you and it was like complete rejection and I don’t know where it’s coming from like this theme of feeling rejected just keeps coming up for me like I don’t belong
The woman that I love died. I don't know how she died. We had been out of touch for several months. I was going to let her know that I wanted to get back together. But now it's too late.
