Analyze my dream

This dream was about

it kept “waking up” and it felt so real but in reality, I was still dreaming. In the first time I woke up, I turn off the fan, I turn the light on. But then the fan turns back on, the light turns off, and i was like “whats going on?” and I turn to Jakob and he’s just staring at me, and i could tell it wasn’t him. I felt super scared. And then i “woke up” again, do the same thing, and drink water. But I can’t move this time and I say out loud “im still dreaming” and then it happens again. So the third time, I scream and thag actually wakes me up.

Kiara, I understand that you shared a dream in which you experienced repeated awakenings that felt real, only to realize you were still dreaming. This is known as a false awakening, which can be a disorienting and frightening experience. The repetition and intensity of these false awakenings suggest that you may be experiencing some underlying stress or anxiety. False awakenings can also sometimes be a reflection of feeling stuck or trapped in a situation in your life, such as a difficult relationship or an overwhelming period of time.
