I Dreamt Of Taking Cutlery
Analyze my dream

This dream was about

I dreamt that I my grandmother had died and that the family were gathering at her house to claim her belongings. My family have always neglected me so I went with a heavy heart, knowing that they would be only trying to take what they could for themselves. I found a spectacularly gorgeous turquoise and gold cutlery set in a drawer and I said I wanted it. They began to argue but I got very loud and confident and told them how much I have struggled all my life due to their neglect and how I was taking this because it was time I was given the beautiful and good in life as well. I was so strong and proud, which I never was with them.

Angie, This dream about claiming your grandmother's belongings and standing up for yourself speaks to your feelings of neglect and longing for recognition. The turquoise and gold cutlery set symbolizes something precious and valuable that you feel you deserve but have been denied. Your determination to take it represents your growing sense of self-worth and your desire to claim what is rightfully yours. This dream is connected to previous experiences where you felt overlooked and undervalued by your family. It shows your progress in recognizing your own needs and advocating for yourself. In waking life, it's important to focus on building healthy and supportive relationships where you feel valued and respected. Consider seeking therapy or reaching out to a trusted friend or family member who can provide emotional support. Remember that you are worthy of love, respect, and the good things in life.
