Dream About Underground Rave Party In Southern Asia India

Having party in an underground rave spot of some slum/downtown in southern Asia/India Getting out onto the ground after seeing a couple figures doing some stuff among the crowd, suspecting something to be amiss and thinking that I’d better either follow them or get myself out of the place to avoid being caught up in the troubles Cracks in the concrete roads of the suburban town street/highway Garbages scattered, tropical trees and forests surrounding the town Getting on a truck driver by some local person(at least of some Indian subcontinental origin) Red and blue is prominent in many parts of this dream; for instance the guy wears a worn checkered shirt of that hue, the shades kinda dull but vivid at the same time Scene changes, I’m at a party in a building, some kind of a reception area with lots of well-dressed people from my late elementary and early middle school I chat with Mayuka, a close friend I had during those grades and her acquaintances, most of whom are older than I She herself seems aged up from how I remember her to be, I as well since I seem to be in a space with liquors involved(mostly some champagnes and that’s it but still) Another scene switch and I’m in my current house(my paternal grandmother’s) that looks like a fushion with my late maternal great grandmother’s I’m helping my grandma move around the bed mattress that got soggy because of some water leakage from the A/C equipments on the wall outside the house After doing this and that I leave the rest of the procedure up to the professionals she called in for help While that’s happening I pack my suitcase and so does she I’m prepping to leave for Italy(it’s the middle of May, about a few days before the trip happened irl) I seem to be in some kind of a hurry as my maternal uncle’s family comes in to greet granny from the backyard directly facing her room, opening the glass window-door While they chat I swiftly finish apcking and get out from the window, avoiding their notice Once I’m out of the building I’m in the parking lot that looks like where the rave from earlier was taking place Someone calls me from behind and I dadh right out of the place, parkouring and such around the decimated/decrepit parking lots, malls and buildings and such The surroundings look a bit like Odawara, where many of my former friends from the 5-7th grade lived in/hung around a lot The sun has just risen and it looks like I’m wearing gopro and watching all the action I and the pursuer does from that perspective Once I land back on the entrance slope/ramp of the lot Mayuka greets me with a camera, giving me an ‘okay/nice/cut/end scene’ I’m surprised as she explains about all this had been a part of the production process for her short film The ‘pursuer’ takes off his goggles/mask and gives me an amicable ‘hi’, he seems to be a person of color When I ask her she tells me that the element of unpretentious surprise on my part adds the much needed realism to the whole scene and such
