Dream About Therapy Fish Creature Dying

I was talking to my therapist Michelle but I got tired and she put up the nice fish screen and music and I genuinely fell asleep. She was packing /getting dressed. Then there was a segment of picture/moments Anthony was there in a photo and my ex I think. Then I was in a building with my friend Lucian I think and he handed me a piece of moose. Which is weird. We followed this lady down stairs but it ended up turning into a house situation but space where some girl was trapped and abused by parents or grandparents idk. She died I think and her siblings were angry and left. One of them left on a loop kinda and it was like I was watching the scene rather than in it until later where a creature was dying and I was crying about the animal dying
