I had a dream that I was with a group of girls and it's like we were all staying together. We were all swimming and we kept finding bugs in the pool that were either like super dangerous or nasty. But it definitely made my anxiety feel heavy and my chest tight and at certain parts of the dream I felt like I couldn’t breathe enough, and I woke up this morning with high anxiety and weight on my chest.
