Dream About Serial Killer In College

I was at a college and there was a female serial killer walking around killing the students. I started to follow her around and we were passing on an elevator. Somehow the serial killer knew I was hunting her so I was trying to be stealth I got off the elevator and as she passed by I put a black vase on her head (to signify she was the murderer) and then it fell off her head and broke and she saw me and I ran away. Then we were at a hotel type building that was in a festival. It had FBI headquarters inside. I went and asked to speak to my friend Jan (who was a fbi member in this dream) went into a room and looked the door and I told her about the serial killer and asked for her help arresting her and collect evidence. She then invited her boss in on it. We were following Chapple roan round the festival trying to get her. But failed a few times and she realised we were on to her. The case went dead for a while and then I went back to the offices to find Jan, who looked different with longer hair and aged a bit more. And then one night we found her and set her on fire with a big torch and that went out so we set a pint glass with alcohol in on fire and threw it at her and ran away.
