Dream About Running From Gunfight

I was running around looking for my dog i think. I was at first in a large field outside or something. I think i was trying to escape something or someone. Then i remember being in some appartment complex area or like town houses in this neighborhood and there were people running around with guns shooting eachother like a gang war. It was night and in some places very dark. I remember running around with my hands up like dont shoot, in unarmed and not apart of this fight.
