Dream About Racing And Getting Hurt

I was at school, but the whole place looked more like a hotel. I was outside, since it was passing period, and I was with two of my friends. We decided that we’d race to our next class, and so we did that. In order to try and beat them, I took shortcuts that involved me climbing through plants (for example, instead of running on a sidewalk that just so happens to go up, I would go beside it and climb up the dirt wall under the cement—if that makes any sense). Anyways, during one of those quick climbs, I got injured via a plant stabbing me. I believe I still won the race, but now I was more focused on trying to get the plant out painlessly. I walked to a profesor and asked him for help. He told me to twist it and then pull it out, and I did that. It worked just fine and didn’t cause much pain at all, but the people I was with were all shocked because they didn’t expect for the stab to have been that deep. I looked at it for a second — a hole in my palm so deep you couldn’t see the end (yet it didn’t come out the other side), and I quickly looked back away just before it started bleeding. I can’t really remember what came after that, so the end.
