Dream About Pedophile Relative Assault

I don't remember anything else from the dream other than that the same old pedo male relative that resembled my dad constantly broke into our home. I had a little sister aged maybe 7. I saw glimpses of how he first started raping as a teenager, he assaulted a random guy that went to the bathroom & when he came out, he was sobbing & ran away. He turned into a black guy, they had a meeting, they were sitting in a cafeteria looking set up, they were the only clients & I was there was someone else & a bunch of other people, maybe cops & his sister was a lawyer that never believed in him ever since she was a kid. He threatened her & she started having flashbacks & started acting out screaming something & I knew he had done something to her when she was little. Whenever he broke into our house, I'd always call my mom first instead of the emergency number. He drove a dog shaped weird vehicle that was hung up somewhere & my mom immediately recognized which male relative he was. We tried to get him arrested on the spot but the cops denied helping as he was in Kela but at the same time in the hospital & the cops said it was out of their jurisdiction which was total bullshit. His son that looked just like him was on his right side. I kept yelling him from the top of my lungs to leave us & to never come here again, the emergency operator didn't like that, I saw him walking downstairs & downstairs, he forgot his key. The emergency number operator started singing at one point & I was so confused why wasn't she helping us at all, she turned out to be AI.
