Dream About Mental Health Grandmother

I dreamed something was happening to my mental health. I was afraid that something was really wrong. I looked at my daughter and beside her was a little blonde girl in our home that I think was her best friend in real life but then suddenly my daughter wasn’t there at all, I was with my daughter somewhere in a waiting room full of people and suddenly I saw my deceased maternal grandmother Ruth & I told her how much I missed her and hugged her tightly . I spoke to her & at one point she was wiping the number 82 off of her right big toe and it had been written there with red marker. I felt for some reason that she had the number wrong and was going to erase it and write 83 with the same red marker; she was wearing a dark red dress. then she was gone. I told my daughter that that had been my grandmother and I wasn’t sure if anyone else in the waiting room could see her. My daughter looked at me strangely and I’m not sure if my daughter had seen her or if I was the only one who had seen her then I realize I may have looked crazy as maybe I was the only one that could see her. I was with some people And I wanted to tell them what was going on with me and ask them for help but I couldn’t seem to get these few people to listen and pay attention. It was like I wasn’t even there. I was too afraid to google my mental health symptoms in case I was psychotic or crazy and just imagining everything. I kept following my daughter we were in a gym at one point and in a building, looking outdoors and I said we should go out there into the grass. I was afraid that I was so crazy I would blink and she’d be gone or disappear. I was afraid to lose her; my grandmother in the dream who was wearing the red dress was wearing no shoes
