Dream About Intoxication And Performance

My friend Cody is hosting his friend Chandler and I dreamed of Chandler as a Black man named Omar. We were in Cody’s car and Cody was driving. I was in the front passenger seat. It was just Cody and I at first but Cody reluctantly excused himself to get Omar. Omar got in the back seat wearing a black hoodie, dark shorts, and clearly high and smiling. I greeted him loudly and Omar said hello, but both Cody and I were uncomfortable and disappointed with his intoxication. Another version of Omar appeared in the car, wearing a white T-shirt and was sober and serious. There was also another version of Cody, so one drove the car while the other also wore a white T-shirt and looked back at Omar with stone-faced disappointment, and then looked back straight ahead so his back was to white shirt Omar and black hoodie Omar directly behind. So essentially the two of them were split into two people, so four people total, and their communication was unhappy. I saw Omar as a Black man with rich brown skin and short curly hair because I don’t actually know him and he might feel demonized or isolated in ways that might parallel that of people of color. A bear also appeared but I can’t say in what capacity, I guess outside the car; I read somewhere that bears appear in dreams when someone else is talking about us. (This all came from last night where Cody told me about his stressful visit with his friend Chandler, who is making dangerous choices with substances and is constantly escaping his emotions and choices.) Later I dreamed of singing and performing with my friend Jamie and her exposing her breasts to me and my other friend Keiko. Jamie is super extroverted, sweet, and talkative. Keiko is very quiet, introverted, and caring and supportive. We three were on stage in a room with yellow walls and a projector screen was playing some videos wherein yellow light and green grasses were playing, they danced over Jamie’s face. Our singing was fine, I remember doing runs and enjoying the song. Jamie was in the middle while Keiko and I were on either side sort of facing each other. When I discussed exposing my breasts too, it had something to do with being lesbian and Keiko and I high-fived or connected over that. I also thought of Cody at that time and was aware he was watching me. My breasts were covered by a bra and dark shirt and a flannel, but I ran my hands over the shape of them when I mentioned showing my breasts too. Keiko, Jamie, and I laughed when Jamie showed her breasts on little platforms so they looked flat on the bottom but soft and round on top. It’s like she felt awkward presenting them but did it anyway and overall we three had fun together.
